I would like to give a shout out to this Nekter location at the Canyon Crest Towne Centre. My boyfriend and I go there regularly and it is our favorite Nekter location. The customer service is outstanding and we are always treated so well. We were there this morning and Viviana waited on us. As always, she greeted us with a big smile, and made an outstanding Kickstart Smoothie with nibs and extra agave. We also have had excellent service from Daniel and Charles as well. FINALLY! A place that sells good AÇAÍ bowls close to where my boyfriend lives. Living in LA, the hottest new food trends are everywhere. I don't have to drive far. But when I come to MoVal...I have to look far and wide to find a decent place (again, compared to LA quality). I don't think I ever gave Nekter enough credit since there was always one nearby. But just a few days ago I bought my boyfriend breakfast from Nekter (the peanut butter flavored açaí bowl). I took it to go to bring it to my boyfriend as a surprise! He enjoyed it. I tried some and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the açaí bowl to have been a little melty since it took some time for me to drive over and find parking. But it was still pretty solid and not melty and gross. I will be returning to this location more often for my own açaí bowl fix. I came to this Nekter this weekend while I was in the area for a tennis tournament. I used to go to the Nekter In Newport Beach, so I was excited to see that they had one in Riverside. This Nekter is located in a large shopping center so there is plenty of parking around the area. Upon arrival, they have signs that say masks are enforced. However, if you have a medical emergency to where you cannot wear one, you could give them a call so they could accommodate you outside without interfering with other customers. I could really appreciate this because it seems as if they really care about making both types of customers happy. Overall, the customer service was fine and the place was pretty clean. The only reason I have a 4/5 star instead of a 5 was because of the bowl I got. Normally, I ask for no banana in my dragon bowl because I am allergic to them and I have no problems. For some reason though, I got really sick after the bowl I had here. I went to the restroom to wash my hands so I did not see them make it but I came out just as she was placing half of a banana back on the counter. I took mine to go and ate it at the tennis courts. After I was a few bites in, my tongue was burning, throat was itching, and it got to the point where my voice became really raspy. This usually happens if I, of course, eat something I'm allergic to lol it lasted for the rest of the day and was bearable but still really uncomfortable. I trust that they added no banana but I'm wondering what was different between this experience and the one I usually have in OC. I never have any experience like this there so it really shocked me this time and I'm happy that it wasn't a full blown allergic reaction like it could have been. I probably will go back for a smoothie (and watch them make it) but will steer clear of the bowls just in case! read more

Excellent service and high quality products for a brand new location! I ordered one of my favorite green juices, The Greenie. The girl who made my drink, Daniela, was very welcoming and engaged in conversation- even asked me how my day was while making my juice!! Overall, I think that there is very natural room for improvement. For example, the tables were a little disorganized and dirty but we went early in the evening so maybe just having someone come out to do a quick lobby slide every once in a while would make this place a 5-star rating for me. Another thing I noticed was that my service was very quick but a short line formed after and as I was sitting, I couldn't help but notice how much longer the people in line to order were waiting. Maybe opening up another point of sale would've been helpful but it does seem difficult with such a small space. Just an honest observation. I'll definitely be back!!! read more

This location is pretty well put, considering it's the only Nekter within a 50 mile radius. I like Nekter because they have more than juice açai bowls despite being what they're known for the most. The açai bowls here are fairly good sized and not too sweet. They don't skimp out on the toppings and the customer service here is full of easy-going college students. Overall Nekter is a bit too overpriced for my taste and the açai bowls here are pretty average. I will be coming back every once and a while though. read more

An employee here tested positive for COVID 19 this past week and out concern for my own health another one of the employees told me in passing. I'm giving 3 starts cause the prices is what makes me not want to give it 4 starts or more. It's overly priced. I paid $11.39 for a regular size drink. Yes it was yummy. And the staff amazing and sweet. The atmosphere was cute. I like the location cause it's close to home. And a few doors down from where i work. So it's convenient. I got the peanut butter and jelly smoothie and boy was it delicious I just don't think $11.39 is worth it. However, for a splurge once in a while I guess it's OK. read more

Hands down best location! I've been to several Nekter locations and this one is the best! I stop by mornings on my way to work a few times a week. Found this little spot on yelp. Not your typical juice bar. They have this delicious black ice cream, I forgot the name of it. They gave me a sample and it would be something I would come back for. My smoothie was tasty not as sweet as your normal juice it up or Jamba Juice smoothies but still good. I believe they specialize in vegan products. read more

If you can find another place to go to, I'd say go there instead. My first issue happened on my UberEats app. I went to the store to pick it up. But apparently, they don't do any delivery after 8pm. The app didn't mention that. The employees had tried calling me, but said there was no phone number listed on my account (that's false). They asked me to come in anytime the following day to get my drinks. The employees said they would put me on the "remake" list. So I went there the next day, I had told the cashier. She was confused, and so was everyone else. I waited around 5 minutes before the issue was resolved. I waited at least thirty minutes for my drinks. There were only two people working and there were at least five other customers in the store. Upon receiving my order, I found that they messed it up. They forgot to add some ingredients.
