My friend brought me here after our hike and I loved it! I ordered the berry banana burst and I also purchased a strawberry pitaya. My friend ordered the toxin flush-I'm not much of a green juice drinker but her drink was pretty good. It does take a few minutes because the staff has to prepare everything. Since I did not even receive an email with any kind of update I called them today, on the day I put to pick up, and they told me it wouldn't be ready to pick up for over another 24 hours. Used to frequent this location, until the RC location debut. Came back today, as we were having lunch in the area, and my #LOPEZMinis asked for a smoothie. Clean interior, adequate seating, both indoor and outdoor, and quicker service than I remember. The young lady who took my order was kind, and demonstrated patience when taking my order and applying my Nekter app rewards. Smoothies came out tasty (as expected), and kiddos were pleased. Will likely return when we're in the area, and with a promotion on hand. While a bit pricey, the new Nekter app and promotions are helpful for those on a budget. I would never recommend anyone go to Nekter upland. Trash is piled halfway to the ceiling every time I've been. Almost every employee is completely clueless on what it is they are selling. And the manager is rude, Ashely I recall. These people are the rudest group of employees I've ever met. Not once have I seen any of those people smile. Every time I go in I am not treated very nice and I am beyond polite. There juices are great don't get me wrong, but quite frankly nekter you guys are the slowest out of all the food places in the area, you need all the business you can get you shouldn't be pushing them away. Went here for the first time on Saturday. Ordered a bowl and was told it would be a 10-12 minute wait. Sounds good! About 30 minutes later still no bowl and one of the girls in the back notices I've been waiting for a LONG time comes out and asks what I ordered. I told her it was a bowl and she said they didn't have a ticket for my order?!?! So frustrating.. She asked if I still wanted it.. Yes, I was hungry, I had paid, and had already waited 35 minutes!!! What was most frustrating was the attitude of the guy that actually took my order, he could care less that he didn't enter my order correctly or even tell me an accurate wait time. Others complaining about the wait time and his nonchalant replies to them while I was there should have tipped me off to his bad attitude! No apologies, no compensation! Very slow and VERY poor customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for my order- the employee that took my order overcharged me and gave my order to another guest. According to a couple of guests standing by, the employee assured the guest that the order is what she paid for. All the GM did was remove the drink that I was charged for, but never ordered, from the bill. Poor management in my opinion! If she cared about making her customers happy or about "making it right" I believe she would have at least apologized for the hassle and making me wait so effing long! The girl at the register was really nice and asked if it was my first time doing a cleanse. I told her yes and she gave me lots of additional information as well as a pamphlet with information. The smoothie took a little long to be ready, but that is understandable because it was busy and everything is fresh. I will be returning here to try some more of their smoothies. read more
