The pitaya bowl is really good here, so 2 stars for that, but don't expect any "customer service." I've tried this location twice and both times the employees so were unfriendly! I come in a few times a week. And my juice is always good. There usually isn't anyone inside but it takes quite a while to get it but I understand they are making it fresh but all the workers move super slow. I'm not here to wait at your pace. This Nekter is far better than the one in Rancho in the Terra Vista town center. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help and engage. If a product is not seen on the shelf they will look in the back and if they still don't have something made, they will make it for you. The decor is also much better and has a nicer feel to it. After visiting five or six times, I have had nothing but good experiences at Nekter Upland. The customer service is satisfactory and the juices are fantastic! I love the greenie with ginger added. It gives me an awesome energy boost without any crash. It's not very sweet which I like, however if you are hesitant about drinking green juice try the toxin flush because it is more approachable for a green drink. I think that the slight wait time is understandable, considering how everything is made fresh to order. It is so awesome to have a truly healthy option for a snack/light meal in this shopping center. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be that I wish the fruits and veggies were organic. Overall, love this place and will continue to visit! read more

First Acai bowl I had was from Bonzai Bowl in Huntington and it was AMAZING. Had the Acai Banana Berry bowl this morning from Nekter and I was very disappointed. The bowl did not taste good. It was very bland. I also asked to add coconut on top and they forgot to add it, but charged me. I think I'll stick to making my own Acai bowls at home and treat myself to Bonzai when in Huntington. read more

Place is super clean and uses the best fruit and unfortunately that just simply costs money. I have yet to find another place that has all the choices and options that Nekter offers and will always appreciate the times I get to come here. Love Nekter and their juices but the staff here are rude! I walked in and no one greeted me. I ordered and still no word. She handed me the receipt to sign and after I handed it back, still no word. I know she isn't mute because she then turns around to talk to other staff members. They are very unapproachable and a bit snobby. My bowl was not even half way full. The açaí was liquid and gross. The fruit was not fresh and it's expensive here!!!!!!

The Bf goes to this place and really likes the Toxin Flush. I tried it and it was way tooooooo bitter for me. I decided to try the Berry Banana Burst. It was ok but it left this weird aftertaste. Overall it was ok. I might go and try their mango smoothie but I really like Jamba Juice better. Like I said it was ok so I feel like I should try something else before I decide not to come back. I just think they are overpriced for their drinks. Location is clean and the staff was friendly. I hope I like the mango one otherwise the BF will get his drink while I stick to Jamba! read more

Nectar is a very beautiful place. the smoothies are delicious and I love the healthy options. the prices are a little bit on the high side, they would probably sell a lot more product if the prices were a bit lower but overall definitely will keep coming here. read more

Just arrive around 650pm to get a drink they close at 7 pm just know you got to get there at least an hour before they close before they lock the doors they definitely have other things to do as I should say better things to do than work I wish there was another one close to me!!! read more

And once again I get the RUDEST service ever! I gave this place 3 tries and every time they are rude as hell and take an extremely long time to make anything. They need to train employees on how to speak with customers. Maybe it's just the employees because any decent person knows how to speak to another human being and say hi and be polite. read more

I wish I had one of these places near my house. We arrived around 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and were the only customers. I ordered the Health Nut w/ almond butter, and it was good. It took about 10 minutes to make our 3 smoothies. The ladies working were very nice and helpful. I would go here again. read more

It took the young staff at this place 12 minutes to make me a fruit smoothie. The 16 oz. smoothie cost $5 and was less than mediocre. I think this place is more popular with the kale and lawn clipping smoothie lovers. I thought it was overpriced and not very good food. read more

I'm really loving this place. Unlike most other juice stops that serve you frozen fruits and veggies mixed with highly sugared juices this place has healthier options. They use coconut water or just ice instead of apple juice. They make their own cashew nut milk. My favorite shake is the date shake which has a touch of nutmeg. read more

Quality is not on par with other Nekters. Açaí is hardly mixed in açaí bowls. Always seem to be understaffed and/or the staff seems to not be too concerned that the wait in line is always longer than it should be. Service needs a handful of adjustments to be made. read more

I love this spot! Its very good. A bit pricey but worth every sip. You literally feel so good after believe it or not.

The place is yummy, the bowls and drinks are delicious. The place has a nice setup and the decor is appealing. The only complaint I have is the service and the time it takes to get your order. The place is new so it could be a little understaffed, but I feel a few more employees would speed things up. And maybe these employees can also crack a smile once in a while. read more
