When I went inside to retrieve my items, I found that instead of setting the delivery aside or helping correct the mistake, the staff actively stocked my grocery order into their display fridge to sell to customers. Tropical Smoothie does not even sell Fiji water, yet individual bottles from my order were placed right in their drink cooler. To make matters worse, I saw another case sitting in their back area with the delivery sticker clearly showing my full delivery tag and name, "CHRISTOPHER V." When I brought this to the attention of the associate, he was completely unhelpful and rude. He called his supervisor, who brushed it off and claimed it was not their problem. I even reached out to their corporate office, and they completely refused to take any accountability. Taking a misdelivered order, stocking it into your commercial fridge, and profiting by selling to customers is completely unethical and probably illegal (definitely tax implications). Mistakes happen, but I'm appalled Tropical Smoothie does not see this as problematic. I guess I shouldn't be surprised because they have printed signs instructing employees to adhere to basic things like not talking on their personal phones when engaging with customers. Save your money and spend it at a business that operates with basic integrity. 0/5 stars.
