About 10 weeks later I start making calls and nothing. I have been consistent in calling and even the voicemail became full. About 3 months ago in a last ditch effort to contact the Dr and not have to file a theft report with the sheriffs office in order to get my money back, I left a negative review on google. low and behold I get a reply to my review saying to be patient he was in the hospital. so I waited. at this point I find it hard to believe he has been in the hospital for a year. and even so if he has it's still his responsibility to have an employee or family member reach out to the patients and fill them in. So as of now I'm out over $430 and still have no answers 8 months after ordering

The frames are all unpriced, so you have no idea what price you're picking out. I had picked out a few, they asked which I liked best. Went for a thorough exam with the Dr. I came out and all the frames I'd picked were put back in the rack. My favorite was still there and even though I kept asking the price, during my selections, they said not to worry, they would make me a deal. They were the most expensive. If I remember correctly they were Dior frames, almost $600. By that time I was so over looking at frames and the thought starting over from scratch was way past disturbing. I'm on disability and Medicare and I felt I was pressured into high priced frames. I remember wanting to walk out but I was already charged for the exam. I'd been going to this Opticial practice since the 1990's when Dr Hilton owned it. There front office practices leave a lot to be desired even if the exam with Dr Bhaktra is top notch.

Since I was already there, why not? What a blessing it turned out to be. Dr. Cherry actually found something in my eye that was concerning. As he did not have the necessary equipment in his office, he called around the next day and referred me to another practice. Dr. Cherry gave me his personal cell phone number and said I could call him with any questions. He has been co-managing my case ever since. He has always been there when I texted him with questions/concerns. Dr. Cherry truly cares about his patients. Not only is he knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond to be helpful, such a rarity these day. I am so grateful for Dr. Cherry!!!
