All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

I went in for a lash lift and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I've had…read moremultiple lash lifts in the past and never had issues like this before. After leaving and washing my lashes the next day, I noticed many of them were crooked and bent oddly. The majority of the ends had harsh kinks in them that left my lashes looking almost "L" shaped instead of lifted naturally... L shape was just at the tips. Odd. During the service, part of the perm solution also got underneath the pads and seemed to burn my eyelids. My lids were left red, irritated, and uncomfortable for several days afterward. I tried calling a few days later to discuss the situation and hopefully find a resolution, but unfortunately got nowhere with reception. I ultimately decided to cancel my next appointment. Really disappointed overall, especially because I was excited to find a new place to go regularly.

It started off a little rocky and then quickly became a landslide: on Tuesday around 6:30pm I got a…read morecall that my Wednesday 6:00pm appointment had to be rescheduled because the nurse who was scheduled can't do Cool Sculpting, and on top of that if I wanted the Fresno location I couldn't get rescheduled until September, so I went ahead and rescheduled for the Clovis location. On Wednesday I did my video pre-check and then I promptly received a confirmation text about my confirmed appointment for Wednesday at 3:00pm at the Fresno location. I immediately called back to verify my appointment for Thursday and they apologized and corrected the confirmation. Fast forward to Thursday at 5:20pm (right after I had pulled into the parking lot) I get a text saying that the nurse on the schedule is not trained to perform Cool Sculpting and my appointment has been cancelled. So I go ahead and walk in to see what is going on; the young lady at the front explains how this happened and that it seems to only happen with remote scheduling and apologizes. I'm more blown away that this is not a smoother operation; these sessions are not cheap. To be shuffled between two different locations and rescheduled/cancelled on twice before ever even setting foot in the facility is beyond ridiculous. At this point I don't believe rescheduling is even worth it, I will probably be requesting a full refund.
