All of the possible classes are listed in their website. I would be hard to pick a favorite class. Each of the classes is taught by a different artist or expert in that class. There are 2 different areas where the classes are taught one in the back and one in the middle section. The ability to walk out with a project that you learned how to make is priceless. I highly recommend going to a class at My New Favorite Thing or just going shopping. The price is a little steep but the wide selection of drinks makes up for it and it's nothing to complain about when you're treating yourself. There was only one worker making the drinks and she may have needed some help since there were a few people in line but overall she did great and made everything as ordered.
