Solid Chinese takeout spot. I've ordered from here a few times now and it's always been a good experience. I live about a block away so it's nice to have a good Chinese takeout place close by for the nights when you just don't feel like cooking. Wait time is usually about 15-20 minutes for pickup. As is customary with Chinese takeout, the portions are very generous. Some entrees come with a side of rice in addition to the fried rice order, so we always have a ton of rice. My favorite is the honey chicken. They put the sauce on the side so I can control how much sauce I want. There's nothing worse than your chicken being so drenched in sauce that it's soggy. The chicken stays super crisp. I've also had the general tso, Orange chicken, spring rolls, and crab rangoons (could have put more filling but not bad). Hits the spot when you want Chinese takeout.

Special order of salt & pepper chicken wings!! It's delicious!!

I received a new menu a few days ago. So today, when I was starving & didn't have enough time to cook, I ordered from here. I got my usual sesame chicken without sesame seeds, yang chow fried rice, volcano roll, a Brandon roll, a dragon roll and a free order of cheese wontons. My family enjoyed the food and everyone was happy, especially me!

Standard Chinese delivery but I've had a lot better. Flavor being number one issue here. Food quality seems solid but recipes are off. Bland

Recently, we moved to this area and have made this our go-to Thai restaurant and we also love their sashimi when you just want some great fresh slices of hamachi. Recently, I tried their pad thai. I am not normally a pad thai lover however, this pad thai is made with angel hair type noodles that really soak up the delicious sauce. Included in the chicken pad Thai is also perfectly cooked tofu and delicious pork rinds. Honestly, its so good that it can satisfy a pasta craving also. Their tom kha soup is also in my opinion the best in Miami. It's not overly watery or just coconut milk like most offerings. Pla tu makes it with fresh herbs and has a little bit of heat mixed in. It's so good. The pieces of chicken and mushrooms are also tender and not overly boiled like most tom kha soups. We also go for the sushi. Their sashimi is extremely fresh and we can never turn down some fresh sliced hamachi here. Lastly, yesterday we tried the Thai Donuts. I am not normally a fan but the waitress insisted we try and boy are we glad we did. They were warm pillows that melted in our mouths and we scarfed them down. I don't think I will ever visit again without ordering them. I love this place. Service is great. Food is consistently delicious and I will always be back.

To be fair, service was pretty slow at first--we didn't even have menus for a while. The restaurant had a full buyout event earlier and seemed to be playing catch-up. Our waitress was very apologetic, but initially we were definitely frustrated with the wait. Once the food and drinks started coming out, though, everything changed. Every dish was absolutely delicious and felt elevated and luxurious. Our favorites were the spicy tuna crispy rice, lamb chops, and beetroot maki. This place absolutely lives up to the hype and is somewhere I'll definitely return to. After dinner, the downstairs space transformed into a lounge/club atmosphere. It was packed, the energy was amazing, and it ended up being such a fun spot for dancing and drinks. Highly recommend!

From the moment you…read morearrive, the experience feels exclusive, you check in with a doorman and are granted entry before taking an elevator up to what I believe is the third floor, where the hostess stand is located. The arrival alone creates a sense of anticipation and excitement. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. It's also very lively, loud, and busy, which adds to the energy but may not be ideal if you're looking for a quiet dinner conversation. We ordered fish and cocktails, and both were excellent. The fish was fresh and well-prepared, while the cocktails were creative and enjoyable. The food and drinks certainly lived up to the restaurant's reputation. Service was okay, not bad, but not quite at the same level as the overall ambiance and food. Given how busy the restaurant was, that may have been a factor. Overall, Mila is a trendy, high energy spot that's worth experiencing at least once. The beautiful setting, exclusive entrance, and vibrant crowd make it a true Miami hotspot.

But truly, it's that kind of excitement and life that allows a place like KYU to thrive. People want to be where the action is, and in terms of food - this is there the action is. We had the Chef's Special, and every single serving that was brought to us was a 5/5 experience! Our waitress was attentive and personal, without any sense of lingering or hovering at all. The staff did a good job of dealing with some of the rowdier patrons, and it was clear that this was not the norm, but some people looking for trouble with a bit too much of something in their system. I was impressed overall, and would absolutely go back next time I visit Miami. Probably a top 10 dinner experience!

The perfect start to the night. Bree took over once our table was ready and everything just flowed. Attentive, warm, and completely on top of it without ever missing a beat. And the food... every single dish felt like an experience and somehow better than the last!!! I genuinely couldn't pick a favorite. Even the krunchy kale had personality (which says a lot). The branzino, steak tartare, Korean fried chicken, octopus, mussels... I'm still thinking about all of it. Kim, the manager, was consistently checking in and making sure everything was perfect, and that level of attention to detail made the entire night feel elevated. We were really taken care of and my experience at Kyu ended with me in bed ready to sleep and a huge smile on my face. And left overs for tomorrow. I couldn't ask for anything more!

We wanted a quieter spot and the hostess was great about finding us one. And it was a bit noisy. There was a large group of "fratboy" types making way too much noise at the bar. So we appreciated the hostess getting us a table far from them. I do have one small critique about the lighting. We were in a row of tables that had NOT ONE OVERHEAD LIGHT. AND the lights that were overhead about 10 feet on either side of the table were on very dim. We had to use our phone lights to read the menu. But I will return and refer others.

First of all, the vibes were immaculate. We sat outside and it was so peaceful at first because I think we were literally the first people there for happy hour/lunch. It felt like we unlocked a secret level before the crowd came. Perfect weather, great energy, good music, cute scenery... very "main character with a discounted cocktail" energy. Now let's talk FOOD. Every single dish we ordered was SO flavorful. Like somebody in that kitchen actually believes in seasoning and I just want to personally thank them for their service. Even the fries??? And let's have a serious conversation because not all fries deserve rights. Especially those thick overly battered fries that feel like you're chewing on drywall. These fries were thin, crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned... exactly how fries should be. No unnecessary jacket on them. Just vibes. The tuna tartare was AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, light, addictive. I could've ordered another one and acted like it was "for the table." The calamari was cooked perfectly too. Nice and airy, tender, not rubbery. You know how some calamari fights back when you chew it? Not this one. Peaceful calamari. The edamame with the chunky sea salt was weirdly one of my favorite things. So simple but SO good. And the Korean wings??? BABY. Those were "cancel your evening plans and order another round" wings. We don't say "to die for" anymore because positivity, growth, healing... but let's just say I would dramatically think about those wings again later. The drinks were great, the prices during happy hour honestly felt fair, and our waiter was SO sweet and attentive the entire time. Overall, I would absolutely come back. Honestly, if my responsibilities would allow it, I'd pull up to this happy hour every day like it's a part time job!
