They honored the online deal and I had my oil change for around $35 with my synthetic oil. Chloe was very helpful utilizing a different system via chat was helpful as I cannot reply often to a phone call during my work day. We were able to communicate freely in scheduling a pick up time for my Uber driver to pick me up and drop me off as they are not currently using their shuttle service. The service was pretty easy as I worked thru the day. Had the oil changed completed and was picked up from my place of work and driven back. Both drivers were friendly and professional. Chloe was prepared at the check out counter with my keys and paperwork and I had followed up with a request regarding my key remote. She took care of it quickly and easily that I'll be back to ask for Chloe and the service at Liberty Honda.

"They're over-priced!", "Aggressive up-sells and fear tactics", blah blah blah... in this case, it is absolutely true. Went in for a safety recall a few months back, and immediately the up-sells start: timing belt, valve adjustment, brakes/rotors, everything under the sun. I said no, just do the recall. Then, the phone calls and inspection videos start. "You really need this, you really need that", with price estimates that would literally make your eyes water, well over the actual value of the entire vehicle. So, cut to the end of this encounter, only safety recall was done, but I agreed the timing belt/water pump needed to be done, but I would get it done elsewhere (and at 1/4 of the price they quoted me, no less) Fast forward to this week, I'm working under my truck, and I see the rear rockers are basically rotted away (only the rear section, an issue pertaining to the safety recall) I call back the dealership, spoke to the original gentleman that set me up with the recall, explain everything, and he tells me to book an appt. (which I did) so they can look at it. My appt. was for this morning. I get there, pull in, and of course the gentleman I was dealing with is "absent" today. The girl asked me "So, what are you here for???", and I tell her the details. She basically says, "Hey, there's nothing we can do with it, we won't even look at it" I explained this was an issue caused by the safety recall issue, rear rocker rot, and the gentleman told me to bring it in, you would look at it, "Oh. No. I don't know why he would tell you that. He's a newbie. You need to call so-and-so, and work that out with them" (he's a newbie?...but, he was there 8mo ago, and I assume longer as he was knowledgeable about their systems, had a desk, etc.? Ok, passing the buck...got it) ...would have been nice if they just tell me that over the phone before. So, of course I'm frustrated, but I'm there, I figure I would ask for a quote on a "valve adjustment" and for installing "shocks and struts" that I purchased myself. Again, an exuberant price, I just laughed at her, shake my head noooo, and left. I get home, and call the number of the main corporation, that she told me to "deal with". They ask if I had it looked at by the dealership. I told them what I'm telling you now, "They turned me away and cancelled my appointment". They seem concerned that they wouldn't even look at it. They want all her information from me, which I give them, and assign me a case "liaison" to deal with... so, cut-to-the-chase, the bottom-line is, if it affects Liberty Hondas "bottom-line", they won't even deal with you... I had to go above them, directly to corporate. I took the day off work to keep this appointment, out of concern for the safety of my wife and son, and they wouldn't even look at it... basically, driving in the service center, and directly out the other side. Extremely frustrating encounter, that has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth for Honda in the future. Maybe I'll take a look at some Toyotas... hmm...

We were given a base model loaner to replace our premium model car, for 27 days while they fixed our car. We were offered no apologies for paying for a brand new car for a month, and not actually being able to use it. The Service Manager, Jim Berube, was hands down the rudest person we have ever dealt with. On top of being rude, he was extremely hostile, as well as demeaning and condescending towards women. If you absolutely have to buy an Audi, find a different dealer. They don't stand behind their products and have horrible customer service.

I stopped in for about an hour to test drive, get my trade-in appraised, and receive the initial quote. special shout to to Kevin who was so helpful and buttoned up! The follow-up was just as smooth -- I handled everything from home: emailed to finalize, contacted my insurance and filled out the credit application online. When I returned to finalize the purchase, I was in and out in under an hour. I signed the paperwork, declined the extra add-ons without any pressure at all and they took the time to walk me through the features of my new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the process or the service. Highly recommend!

    On 2/13/2026 I happily purchased a used 2019 BMW X7 i40 from New Country BMW, Hartford,…read moreConnecticut. + Drove it for the first eight days without issues. - 1st issue starts, 2/21/2026, (Emergency Call System Malfunctioning) & water roof leak at the area of the GPS Antenna. - Called the dealership service department within a minute of the 1st issue happening from the break down lane off the highway. I received the earliest appointment the service department could provide which was two days later. Had to drive the vehicle with non-stop chimes and calls from the BMW Emergency Response center. GPS and music functions did not work for the two days. I was given a loaner SUV for five days from 2/23/2026 to 2/27/2026. + Received my vehicle again after being told the issues were fully fixed, on 2/28/2026. - 2nd issue starts (three days later), 3/3/2026, (Emergency Call System Malfunctioning) & water roof leak at the area of the GPS Antenna. I was given another loaner SUV for five days from 3/3/2026 to 3/9/2026. + Received my vehicle again after being told the issues were fully fixed, on 3/9/2026. + Drove the 2019 BMW X7 i40 to another dealership and sold it, 3/9/2026. The purchasing experience from the sales and finance department was a 5 out of 5, great service! The service department member (Kurt) gave me 5 out of 5, great service! This overall experience was a 2.5 out of 5. The main reasons were the time and wasted effort in the whole ordeal. I had to use three days vacation from my job due to the inconveniences of this whole experience. I earn 2.5 hours per month. I work eight hours a day. His customer service is top-tier, and he always makes bringing my car in, whether for standard service, or in this case new wheels and an oil change, easy and stress-free. The rest of the team is just as impressive. The shuttle drivers are always prompt and friendly, the technicians do excellent work, and the general staff is always welcoming and ready to help. Car proceeds to constantly need work as the burning oil screws up ignition coils and spark plugs every 18 months. Gets to the pt where a quart of oil needs to be added per week whenever I get gas basically . I remain cautious with frequent oil changes. Then car engines (cyclinders 3 and 4 seize) results in needing a new engine at 118k miles this week. Kia won't cover as I used Midas, Mobil one and similar oil places.     I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at this Kia dealership…read more First, the pricing was unreasonable. I was charged $140 just for an oil change, which is nearly double what other Kia dealerships charge for the same service. My appointment was scheduled for both an oil change and a headlight issue, but the headlight problem was never fixed. What concerns me even more is that the multi-point inspection report says all bulbs and lights were checked and OK, even though my headlight still does not work. This makes the inspection report seem unreliable and raises questions about whether the vehicle was actually inspected. The customer service was also very disappointing. After waiting two hours, the woman at the service desk told me, "If you want, you can take your car back without any service." I had a scheduled appointment and had already waited a long time, so hearing that instead of receiving help was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, disorganized, and dismissive toward customers.
