Couldn't be bothered to ask the restaurant next door to my business to move tables so they just didn't show up for months at a time, or showed up then claimed they couldn't perform the service due to the existence of 3 plastic tables that could have been moved with "hello, we are cleaning the windows of the business next door, would you mind moving the tables for 30 minutes, thanks". Sean arrived at the job site early, was very professional, took off his shoes when walking on the carpet. He commenced with the inside that needed a through scrubbing and followed up with the outside. What I thought would have been a quick 2 hour "in and out" job was 5.5 hours of quality hard work by someone who took pride in what they were doing. I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Erick came by my house to clean my eleven (11) windows "inside and out", the dirty windowsills, and w/screens too. He did a fantastic job in making it very "CLEAR" to see thru those dirty windows once again. He also cleaned my solar panels atop my roof. I can only imagine that they are sparkling clean too (can't really see from the ground and I'm a short person). He was quite pleasant and professional. Positive reviews steered me to this outfit. Our experience was slightly different. After agreeing to clean 4 second floor condo windows, they were on our doorstep before we knew it though I requested a later date. Upon arriving back to our condo, we found 2 out of 4 agreed windows were cleaned. After contacting owner, he first agreed to rectify his mistake but then reneged. Stating we were 'costing' him money. Upshot? We had only 1/2 of a job done for full price. No refund. Unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. Sorry Paul. Other solutions offered were at my added expense. read more

Called Blue Ocean last minute for window cleaning. Mind you, my house just got power washed and had been under construction. Anyways, I was in the process of putting my house on the market for sale and realized my windows were so disgusting. Blue Ocean was scheduled to come out on Friday originally. In any case, Danny @ blue Ocean was so nice and wonderful, he changed my appt. and came out to my house for window magic! Do not hire this company. They are not honest. Their van backed into my motorcycle and caused extensive damage and they will not admit to it. I had to get the police involved and this has been recorded as a hit and run. They are liars and you should not give them your business, ever. Find a different company to work with. read more
