I assumed they did a good job and tipped the guys well. Then I noticed ALL the paint overspray was still there. And then I remembered that I never saw them use a ladder and I never saw either of them scraping any paint with a razor blade. My honesty did NOT pay off. So I wrote back to them explaining the situation (with some of the pics you see here) and they apologized and set up a "touch up" appointment. That's fine. I mean it's more time that I had to spend waiting for them except....THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! And when I called to ask where they were, they started backtracking. "How many windows are we talking about"? "Did the painters use masking tape?". I'm like "Of course they used masking tape and anyway...WHERE ARE YOU???" So that starts an email thread where they tell me that scraping paint off would take more time and that I would have to pay them more money. I ALREADY PAID YOU MORE MONEY TO SCRAPE THE PAINT OFF!!! $600 to be exact!!! They're now telling me that they didn't realize now much paint needed to be scraped off. Well, look for yourself. Does that look like something they should charge me MORE money for, or something they should have cleaned off in the first place. It's hard to take pictures of stuff on windows but I did my best. Save yourself the HASSLE and use a different company. These people don't know how to run a business, they don't keep their word, they don't show up and they just are not good peeps. EPILOGUE: Well, you can tell from his long, rambling response that he's lying. It's kinda like Walter White in Breaking Bad whenever he tried to lie. He just went on and on. But I know the truth. Had I not told them my house was just painted, I would have gotten the same service for less money. They used my honesty against me and that pisses me off. I'm old enough to remember a slogan that businesses of all kinds used to use. And it's a simple one: "The customer is always right" Not anymore. So what can you do? Fight back. Write an honest review. Demand your money back (In the end, the credit card company sided with me and I got a FULL refund) . Remember YOU have the power. You're not the little guy; You're the customer. And the customer is always right!

They sent Travis out promptly, who is their electrician where he found that the issue was resolved by replacing a faulty 40-amp breaker that was intermittently providing the necessary voltage, even though measurements initially appear correct. While the breaker issue caused real inconvenience and unexpected costs on my end, the owner was responsive and showed willingness to smooth things over to work toward a resolution. I also want to highlight that the panel upgrade and solar/battery installation itself was clean and well done. The workmanship that Eddie, Manny, Christian and Jamie performed had overall met my expectations, and once the issue was identified, Sunline did step in to correct it. No project is perfect, but how a company responds when problems arise matters a lot. In this case, Sunline's owner and Eric was engaged, responsive, and made a sincere effort to make things right. As an engineer, and after witnessing the symptoms and corrective actions firsthand, I believe the breaker issue was likely a manufacturing defect, and it was unfortunate that it occurred during the holidays. That said, based on how Sunline handled the situation, the overall quality of their work, and the value they offer, I would recommend them and plan to continue using them for future needs.

Not the cheapest, but less than half of two other companies. They also didn't use the high-pressure tactics some others used when asked to quote. The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. Aside from that, I am very happy with the results and will use them again for both the roof, and to clean the solar panels when the time comes.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Communication before the job was very good and the quote was in line with the price. I'm very pleased with the work. This was not your average gutter and roof cleaning project. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. Alex pulled them out and even they had Roots that extended down into the downspouts. Again, I couldn't be more happy.

First, the company representative was extremely polite when she scheduled a time for Paul to come out and give us an estimate. Second, Paul was prompt and looked at all the windows and sliding doors that we had and honestly told me what he could and could not do. Third, Paul sent me a prompt estimate, that was very reasonable because we have at least 15-year-old Pella windows and doors. And they couldn't be more complicated than it gets. Not all the windows and sliding doors are the same and they have unique features that don't work anymore because of their age. Paul send over two young men that were extremely polite, quick, efficient and as quiet as could be given that they had a ton of hard work to do. They didn't leave a mess, cleaned up everything, and even put my furniture back in place in front of the windows. Paul followed up with me after the men left and we couldn't be happier. The windows look great. The screens are clean, the siding is clean, and it's a pleasure to look out of the windows. I used this company several times over the years and it went great, but the last time was not good. Previously they would send a team of 2 and be in and out with everything clean. The last time I used them - One guy came to clean the the windows. He was there for hours and was not thorough, he departed and things were not clean. Paul sent another guy back for a second clean, but considering I had been a repeat customer he didn't seem to care and offer a discount. He seemed irritated. I also had a screen made for a large window. Because of the size It had gaps, so bugs could get in. I pointed this out and they did re-make the screen, but given they have experience with screens I should not have had brainstorm ways to make the screen. It took multiple trips for cleaning and the screens. Not sure if they were having a bad week, but now I need windows cleaned and will look elsewhere. Two people, Paul and his employee cleaned the windows of my 5000 square foot house inside and out in less than three hours. They did a superb and perfect job. They were very quiet and neat. They were exactly on time. They are so nice, the kind of people you would like to have as friends. We've been using Blue Ocean to clean our windows and screens for about 4 years, and we're completely happy with the service. One time a new guy on the crew missed a couple spots, and Paul of course sent someone back here to make sure everything was left perfect as usual. We usually just have them clean the outsides, but every now and then ask them to do the insides as well, and the workers are very careful around the furniture, wear booties, etc. What more can I say?! Oh, the cost is reasonable too! read more

Unprofessional behavior!…read moreFor the estimate I informed the company of our condo layout, second floor, number of windows, etc. They gave me estimate , I agreed and made an appointment. They gave me specific instructions to remove everything from accessing the windows plus all artwork, if any near the windows. We moved furniture, blinds, artwork, etc. The day before appointment I didn't hear from them so I emailed them confirming our appointment. Julia the manager, called me back and said they actually looked at Google photos and it looks like the work they estimated (more than a week or two, ago)was not correct so it will be more money. I was surprised but agreed to decide on the price when the workers come actually here and estimate the right price then. On the day of appointment the company worker who was scheduled to come, called me and said he has family emergency situation and he's on the way, or in hospital. He told me to call the company manager Julia to set up new appointments. Again, I was surprised that he's calling me not the manager. So after a while I thought she will call me and inform me about this new situation but no, no call, no email, nothing. So I called Julia, she sounded very surprised, not knowing about this situation at all. I asked her if she has back up plan? No she didn't. She said she will call her workers and let me know, soon. She returned call in few minutes and said that worker who supposed to come, left the job because in his opinion it was not safe??? He never even showed up, here?! So why did he lie to me?! While this company had great reviews on which base I decided to hire them, I would not recommend them at all! Obviously something is missing there! Very disappointing! They don't even deserve 1star!

She quoted $250.00 to 275.00 for the service this time but could not get anyone out for a week. I went ahead and moved forward with the job even though I had company coming and it would be tight. The guy shows up and wants $450.00 to clean the windows. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. Julia said she didn't know the scope of the job. Then said she thought it was only the outside windows. AGAIN, SHE'S DONE THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AT LEAST 5 TIMES. I'm so left hanging now I can only beg everyone not to use this company. Worst experience, worst customer service, worst lies I've ever heard as to why the price I was quoted could not be honored. From $200.00 to $450.00 for the same known job is outrageous and I do not have time to get another service out. THE WORST, if you want the worst hire NORTH COAST WINDOW CLEANING.
