I wasn't canceling to be flakey, I'm also just wanting to reschedule because like I said.. I'm a regular client and I have Covid. I could have easily shown up like her previous clients and not said a thing, but being honest gets you nowhere with her. Her cancelation policy states you must cancel 2 days before appt or can be charged a fee. I didn't have 2 days! I got Covid, called her twice and text her twice that same day after finding out and don't hear back until I called her the second time, to which she text me and didn't call me like a real professional. All this to say.. don't get sick/Covid and plan to let her know.. spend your money elsewhere!
