However, I was told that the riser lid would be at ground level. It is not. It takes away from my curb appeal. I should have just had the inspection tube extended. That's on me. But what really "pisses" me off is the administration/operational staff. They do not answer their contact us emails. They do not text you when they are coming like they said they would. They just show up when you are in the middle of something. Zero communication with this company unless it is time to get your CC number and payment. They travel at warp speed to payment. As soon as the sh*t was gone, my CC was charged. I will not be using this company again. I experienced nothing great about them.
