If you go to a Chinese food spot, you're looking for some really good sides. they're almost as important as the main dish or sometimes all you crave, but the sides here are pretty lacking. I ordered the plate with half chow mein and half fried rice, then beef and onion and orange chicken. The main dishes were great, I liked the flavor, but the side dishes lacked a little bit of flavor and were pretty dry. The fried rice almost tasted like plain rice, just a little drier. I'm also the type of person who eats pretty much everything, so I don't usually complain about food. However, I've noticed twice recently that some dishes, like the Kung Pao Chicken, Beef Broccoli, and Pepper Chicken, seemed a bit too salty. ordered a 2-item combo, spicy orange chicken, and Coconut Shrimp as a 2-item combo. Shrimp was $1.50 more, but wow, the portions were crazy! I also added a REAL chicken eggroll for $1.50. I didn't use the sauce on it because the filling's seasoning stood on it's own. Spicy chicken wasn't mushy, and wasn't over-sauced. Coconut shrimp was the same, sauced, but not overly. Sorry to say they do not give you what you pay for. We ordered 2 of the same plate of food and one plate was missing the orange chicken and the other plate they gave us 4 peace's of orange chicken looked like someone ate the plate before it was even touched. We ordered all chow main and it was less than a serving like they ran out and tried to make it enough for both plates. It was very unpleasant like going to someone's home and they give you the left overs. Never going to this place EVER AGAIN!!
