Wanted to charge me $200 to replace a serpentine belt, which I did myself in 5 min with an OEM belt that cost 1/3 less than they would have charged me. If you need a cheap place to get your oil changed, and you can muster the attention to watch them work the whole time on the overhead camera feed to the tv in the waiting room, maybe worth it?

I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to. They quoted two matched used tires at a reasonable price for 16" Light Truck tires. I said how long to put them on and they said 15-20 minutes. I drove down and was directed into the bay. It felt like a pit stop. 4 men two on each side jacked up and removed the tires. The tires were waiting and after they were presented to me for approval they were mounted, balanced and installed.
