Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. Not upfront with their policies. Still charged me for $69 for a smog and charging again for retest is insane. Had me wait for 30 minutes for all of that. Unethical.
