Yum ramen.

Wow this place was amazing. And all you can eat Asian style buffet. The concept was you get a pot of broth (I chose pork bone broth), veggies and several meat of your choosing. The service was fast and polite. The store was very clean. The food was amazing. For 32$ you eat as much as you want. You can have a crowd or go solo. Bad there is free ice cream after dinner. I with the had some non dairy icecream. The experience was awesome and will have to come again

My neighbors invited me to dinner at New Generation Hot Pot in Towson, Maryland, and it was my first time trying hot pot. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I went with the flow--and I'm so glad I did! This was a completely new and exciting dining experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was impressively clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the meal was. The menu offered a great selection, and I tried a variety of items, including beef, chicken, shrimp, cauliflower, broccoli, and more. Everything was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. From the service to the ambiance, it was a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend New Generation Hot Pot and look forward to returning for another enjoyable meal!

I love a good all you can eat hot pot. The staff here were so friendly and attentive. You have your own individual pot and I got the Spicy soup base while my friend chose the Herbal. We put in a big order of different beef, mushrooms, shrimp, lettuce, mussels, boiled eggs, cabbage, udon, tofu, and lotus root. There's a revolving conveyor belt of items you can grab if you'd rather not wait to order more items minus the meat and seafood on it. Their sauce bar has a great selection of different sauces, apps, and desserts you can get. I got their coffee ice cream at the end which was a nice reprieve after such a heavy meal. Some of the meat could have less fat but really, for this all you can eat it was quite worth it. Broths were great and everything we ordered was quite delicious. One of the better hot pots around the area.

First time trying this concept, the family enjoyed the experience. Very nice and attentive servers. Tried the spicy broth, I like spicy food but it was really spicy. The family enjoyed the other broths.

This type of cooking is fun. If you want to have fun, and don't mind spending at least 1.5hours and 2 twenties, this is the spot to go and be. All You Can Eat that's what AYCE means, and it's worth it. We've been here twice and we'll be back for a third time for sure. You order your broth, and whatever you want to cook, if you want more you order or pick up items that pass by. Don't forget to get your sauces and condiments to spice it up. And leave some room for ice cream.

Really delicious and filling. I got pork bone soup but any is good. They have a sauce bar as well as a conveyor belt for any small amounts of things you want to order. They also have a little area of fruits and deserts which was nice as well. The price is $40 per person which is a little bit on the expensive side which was one less star. Boston's Spring Shabu Shabu is $21/person for more offerings but this place was great quality!

New Generation is an all you can eat hot pot place. My experience was pretty average. It was ~$40 after tax and tip. I thought the meat quality was ok. Tender beef was not as tender as expected and lamb was ok. There's a small conveyor belt in the center but it didn't have a lot of variety on it so we mostly ordered our items from the servers. It would honestly be really helpful if the menu had photos of each item so it's more clear which is which. The servers were nice. The music playing switched between genres. There's a TV on each side of the restaurant.

I am a big fan of hot pot so I was really excited to share this eatery with my friend who was trying hot pot for the first time ever! We had a marvelous time, the menu is wide and very accommodating to various dietary needs. The staff was friendly and helpful with setting up our tables and making sure we were taken care of well. This hot pot place is a great place to catch up family, get together with friends and share laughs over cozy food, or have a romantic night with a loved one!

TLDR: All You Can Eat revolving hotpot that's perfect for group dinners. Vast selection of meats and veggies that will satisfy everyone. Free dessert! Vibe: 5/5. Revolving conveyor belt restaurants always add a fun factor to the meal. The food available on the conveyor belt are the same offerings that you can order from the menu, but it's fun to spontaneously grab dishes off the belt. Each of the 6 top booths in the restaurant have one side adjacent to the conveyor belt so at least 2 people will have the ability to grab food as they roll by. They have an expansive sauce bar (12+ sauces and seasonings) as well as a freezer full of ice cream for dessert. Service: 5/5. Wait staff is very attentive throughout the entire meal. Since it's all you can eat, you rely on them to check in to take your meat/seafood orders (raw meats are not on the conveyor belt). Fortunately during our dinner, they kept up with our table of 4 and never let us run out of food. In addition, the staff made sure our drinks stayed full. Food: 5/5. Some of the best hot pot broths I've sampled. We have had the tom yum, bone, kimchi and spicy broths and have all been exceptional. The meat and seafood selection is very generous and of top quality. As mentioned above, very good sauce selection as well and some tasty dessert choices to round out your meal. All in all, a solid all you can eat hot pot that will certainly satisfy everyone.

Let this hot pot warm your soul ! This is one of my favorite spots to go for hot pot and I've been to many places! They have a decent variety and selections that suit the general public. I also love they have a rotating bar so if you see something you want, you can grab it right away versus waiting. I will say besides the initial welcome, the service can get a little slow but keep in mind this place gets busy at any time of the day. This place is also located in an area that provides both street parking and a garage. I also love that you can get ice cream at the end of the meal in addition to other dessert options (cream puffs and small roll cakes)

Unlimited seafood :P

Open for lunch and dinner. Socially distanced tables can be enforced esp during off-peak hours. For me, it's worth the price for the buffet although some items are charged extra per plate. Approximately $20 for lunch (until 3pm) and $28 for dinner per adult excl taxes ans tips. Lots of condiments and sauces for your hotpot, ice cream in cup included in buffet price. The employees were wearing masks. We didn't feel rushed and one of them was kind enough to take a picture of our group. There's a paid street parking in front if you're lucky although parking is available throughout the area.

Tong ho aka chrysanthemum
Trang D.

One of the best hot pots around the area. I would recommend coming here for dinner since they only have the tender beef after 3pm. I follow the recipes on the wall for the sauces. Anything that has the sesame sauce not to be confused with sesame oil, with garlic and soy sauce is delicious. My usual go to is the tender beef, shrimp with heads on or off, clams, and fatty beef, ramen and assortment of veggies. My favs are tong ho (chrysanthemum), shitake mushrooms, water cress, and Bok Choy or wide assortment of other vegetables they have going around on conveyor style belt. The spicy beef is flavored with anise I believe so I usually just go for the tender raw beef and raw fatty beef. As far the broth, my fav is Tom yum and spice it up with a little hot oil from the sauce bar. The spicy broth is good if you like Spicy. I've had it twice and it's a bit too spicy for me to enjoy so I usually add my own spice to Tom Yum. The mushroom broth is very light and is good if you add spices to it to kick it up a notch. They also allow ice cream and dessert but I never have room for it since I am too busy with stuffing myself on the all you can eat meats and vegetables. For an Asian style restaurant, they always play the popular pop music so it's definitely New Generation ambiance rather than traditional Asian music.

Have been eyeing this hotpot place for a while and only got a chance to visit today for dinner with friends. COVID-19 Precaution: limited seating, temperature check before entry, staff wearing masks and gloves at all times, hand sanitizer provided. Only issue is that the condiments section is still open for self-service, although all condiment jars are covered. Orders: individual pots and all-you-can-eat hotpot. We ordered several items on the menu but the waitress told us they were not available, so we have to make do with what they could offer---it was plenty anyway. All dishes tasted standard. We came here specifically for the beef cow tongue, but the portion size on each plate was quite small, so we ordered several plates. The conveyer belt also offered limited options of noodle, pho, meatballs and vegetable selections. Service: friendly and attentive overall.

Service was great. Food was good. The only draw back is the trial and error with flavors. Less than $50.00 for a lunch date for two.

The menu is affordable AND huge with everything you can think of from loaded crab fries, wings, platters, cheesesteaks, desserts, sweet drinks, all the classic comforts! I really appreciated how most of the menu is customizable to your own liking. My favorites were the steak gyro that was piled with steak and sauce. Another favorite was the seafood boil where you choose your sauce and spice level. I definitely recommend the house special blend and spicy sauce because that was such an addicting flavor! This is truly a great place to go when you're with a group or when you have late night cravings and don't know what you want! Ordering is also super easy because they have self-order kiosks or you can order at the register. The staff were some of the kindest and most helpful people I've met and I was very happy with my experience. Even the interior was incredibly cool with LED lights everywhere and it kind of feels futuristic inside! Overall, 2AM Project is solid late night spot in Towson, Maryland. I'll definitely be back!

The order was packaged carefully to ensure the items didn't open during transport. The shrimp was cooked perfectly but there was no additional flavor within the sandwich. During my recent trip back to Baltimore, my friends and I made reservations for four on a Saturday night. I'll admit, I was convinced my GPS had failed me when it led me into a business park. Just when I was ready to question my phone's navigation , BlueStone appeared like a hidden gem. The restaurant was large and looked upscale from the outside with plenty of free parking, making the first impression even better. We were seated immediately, and the hostess greeted us with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a perfect blend of casual elegance. There are several dining spaces throughout the restaurant, including private rooms that would be ideal for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or other special occasions. Our server was attentive without hovering and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our evening. We kicked things off with cocktails, including a French 75, White Cosmo, and Blackberry Bandit. Every drink was expertly crafted, but the French 75 was the undeniable star of the night, I enjoyed it so much I ordered a second. When it came to dinner, my friends all chose the crab cake entrée and they all enjoyed their food ( they are locals), proving that Bluestone knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to a well made crab cake. I ordered the Ocean & Gulf entrée. My dish included a jumbo lump crab cake, deep-sea scallops, and Gulf shrimp served over forbidden black rice with sautéed vegetables in a honey garlic beurre blanc. Every component was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together so well that each bite felt like a little celebration. It was one of those meals where the conversation pauses because everyone is too busy enjoying the food. As if dinner wasn't enough, we finished with Taharka Brothers Honey Graham and Vanilla Bean ice cream. It was creamy, rich, and the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. BlueStone exceeded my expectations from the moment I pulled into the parking lot until the last spoonful of dessert. Great service, good prices, decent portions and expertly prepared food and cocktails. Definitely an atmosphere that's perfect for everything from date night, a family celebration, to a girls' night out. This has officially earned a spot on my list of must visit restaurants every time I come back to Baltimore.

It was busy because of the holiday but Bluestone has a lot of seating. I asked the 3 girls at the front for a table with good lighting. The hostess didn't hesitate and we were seated immediately. There was a Fathers Day special of 2 separate entrees . Our Server Jake told us the Steak was sold out . That's pretty good for them. Sounds like I should try the steak another day if they have it. I wanted a small plate and Jake gave me 3 recommendations: BANG bang shrimp, mini crab cakes, & Crab Spinach dip. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and the beet salad. This was another "live in the moment" dinner for me. I am deciding to be more deliberate about enjoying my food and not taking as many pics. Everyone on Yelp has the same pics of the same food. The beet salad was so good. Very appealing plate. The Bang Bang Shrimp were swimming in sauce but still tasty. I really wanted to try a new red wine Jake recommendations were : JEZEBEL & Alta Pavina. I chose the Alta Pavina (a high alcohol content you may only need 1). I wasn't feeling like a Jezebel on Sunday and decided to wait for a Friday night for that red wine.

My wife had some them while I passed on them for I don't like cucumbers. Obviously, we later ordered the single crab cake entree with two sides ($33.99). I chose the fries and the up-charge for a Caesar salad while my wife picked the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The crab cakes did not disappoint! I got their Shrimp Salad Sandwich and a side of their Creamed Spinach. That might have been the best Shrimp Salad Sandwich I've ever had...legit! I loved the amount of Shrimp they put on the sandwich, the way the Shrimp were fresh, and the seafood seasoning they put on it was a very nice touch. I give the sandwich a 9.5 out of 10. The Creamed Spinach came soaked in Amaretto with Provolone Cheese melted on top (sorry I didn't get a picture), and I love Amaretto as a drink. So, I had to try this as a side. It was overall good.
