There's no excuse to keep making commitments with customers, breaking them, and continuing on in silence after you fail to keep your word. Companies like this will slow your project down, but always send your invoice right on time and have the nerve to threaten you with a late fee as well as interest and legal fees if you don't pay them when they want to be paid. Time is money for the customers too, but they have no concession for you when they drop the ball and that's a shame.

At this point, it's not even about the quote anymore it's about the lack of communication. If there were concerns about the project or it wasn't something you could take on, that should have been communicated clearly and professionally. Corners were left as it appeared in some areas unfinished or barley touched, there were noticeable gaps and overspray, and paint ended up on the hardwood floors, stair railings and other areas. I am still getting paint spots up. Moving furniture led to scratched flooring, which was never addressed. Despite a clear conversation about rehanging a large framed picture properly, it was returned crooked. A curtain rod holder was broken, and the drapes were left on the floor. No compensation or discount was offered. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and it showed in both the execution and the way the space was left after the job was done. I'm disappointed with the outcome and would advise future clients to consider the size and complexity of their project before hiring.

The project, which was supposed to take two days, has dragged on for over 60 days due to serious defects in workmanship. The patio shows discoloration, cracking, and even workers' footprints embedded in the concrete. Despite repeated communication, Edgar has failed to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. He has promised 50% reimbursement multiple times but never follows through. No written warranty was provided, and the original invoice has disappeared from Yelp. Georgia law requires a warranty for projects over $2,500--this was ignored. I've formally requested a refund and given a deadline before pursuing legal action to recover my full payment and damages.
