It reminds me of Old Town Pasadena, but on a much smaller scale. I really like it. We went in the West Elm store and my in-laws bought some things for their home. I reached out on Instagram and received a super quick response and apology! I just made an exchange today at the Farmer's Market and the customer support was excellent. Extremely apologetic (even though he didn't need to be -- it wasn't a big issue and was an issue with the manufacturer) and very pleasant to work with.

The women's section was really large and expansive, the men's section was not as large. They also had a children's section. The men's jeans were mostly in the $60-80 range. Craftland is a mix of card shop, gift store and souvenir store. The staff is pleasant and very helpful if you need their help. The stuff is all colorful and well laid out, so when I walk in the store, it feels bright and cheerful. This last time I got some t-shirts for my nieces...they have lots of colors, patterns, logos, designs and sizes. You can fell the quality of the fabric when you grab them, not the thin cheap ones that you get like in the streets of New York...LOL..
