I started coming here years ago and at least once every few weeks back during the pandemic because I got maskne. Linda and Sophie are great and my skin always looks really good after a visit. The service is well worth the price and I especially appreciate the shoulder massage. The facials usually last about two hours, which is long but I am coming here to relax and be taken care of plus my skin usually loons great afterwards. Besides, I usually sleep through the entire service because its so relaxing or maybe its the narcolepsy... either way, be prepared to spend at least two hours here. The products Linda recommends have also really improved my skin. My favorite part of this establishment is Lindas service dog (shes had two, Teddy who recently passed, and Ian who is newer) and the family vibe that is fostered there. It's always nice to pet a puppy while waiting. It's a small shop but the staff always make time to eat together and Linda has great recommendations for foods that can help with skin conditions. She definitely has asian mom vibes in the best way. I plan on continuing to take naps at this fine establishment at least once a month. read more

My eyelashes done at new leaf are very realistic, so pleased with this business! Very polite, professional, clean, Can't beat that. I am quite particular when it comes to my lashes...Cindy and Jessica really check all the boxes. So happy I found them! Their prices are reasonable in comparison to many and it's fairly easy to book an appointment. Definitely recommend, The last time I went for a facial, the effect was very good. The blackheads and acne were cleaned very well, and the facial massage was very comfortable. They also massaged my shoulders, neck, back, and chest, and the Hydro facial effect was also very good. **READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS BUSINESS** After reading all these great reviews, I decided to purchase a Groupon for 3 facials at this establishment. I was very disappointed to find out that a woman with 30 years of experience would run her business this way. To start, the establishment is extremely unprofessional, the owner has her dog running around the place and the employees prepare and eat their food in the "waiting room" area where the clients are! The place is not relaxing at ALL, throughout the whole experience I could hear constant talking and laughing. To top it off, no COVID measures are taken, my temperature was never checked nor was I asked to wash my hands when I got there. The first time I went, the facial was whatever, Sofia did some extractions, massages, steamed my face for much too long and then left me in a dark room for over 45 minutes with a mask. I could hear the other workers eating and giggling from my room, my esthetician didn't even close the door to give me some privacy! Additionally, the facial was supposed to be for 60 minutes, however, it lasted almost 2 hours, making me late for my next appointment. The second time should have been my last time there. I was rushed into a room and given a gown to change into, but the employee, Christy, left the door wide open. I pushed it closed and began to change, AND CHRISTY BARGED INTO THE ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING to grab something. There was no apology for it either, she grabbed what she needed and left as I stood there half naked. On top of that, it seemed like Christy had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She rushed through the same face massaging, steaming for much too long, and Linda came into the room to do like 3 extractions and again I was left in a dark room for 45 minutes with a face mask on. My third time here was absolutely my last time. I have very sensitive, dry, dehydrated skin, but I do not have any issues with acne. As the weather has become colder, my skin has become more dry and sensitive. These are normal things that happen. As the facial began, Sofia seemed to know what she was doing and stated that I needed a pH balance for my skin. There was an obvious language barrier so I didn't completely understand what she was saying, but she showed me some products that she thought I should use after the facial and I acknowledged them. Then, she proceeded to apply what I can only assume was a chemical exfoliant to my skin, causing my entire face to burn. Not only that, but she continued to put different things on my face, making the burning worse and worse. When she finally took the mask off, my skin was EXTREMELY red and inflamed. I could tell that she was panicking and Linda came into the room. Linda tried to play it cool and stated that my skin is dry and that is what is giving me "allergies". She even said that my current products are what made has given me allergies causing the redness on my skin, even though I had minimal issues with redness prior to the facial! I could tell that both Linda and Sofia were concerned, because as I was leaving Linda gave me additional creams to use on my VERY burned face. To make matters worse, as I walked out of the place, Linda rushed after me to say that it would be $10 extra because of the treatment Sofia did, which I did not even ask for. I think that the 5 star reviews are fake or are Linda's friends because there is no way that someone could think that this is an appropriate way to run a business. read more

Got the 60 min facial and made an appointment for 4pm, when I arrived at 4 no one greeted me until 10 minutes later. There were two staff members, one of them was very unfriendly and seemed like she was angry the entire time. The door was left open multiple times throughout the service and was pretty noisy. The cleansing and exfoliation were a few minutes long, extractions and massage was probably around 10-15 minutes at most, the remainder of the time was just steaming and the face mask. Better to just go elsewhere. read more

After saw good reviews on yelp about Linda, I decided book a facial appointment today with her. Some how, ended up some lady did my face. She is nice but DOESN'T know what she was doing. She basically just cleaned, steamed, massaged, steamed, massaged, and applied a face mask on my face. Linda came to extracted 3 pimples on face and left. My face looked horrible after I got my facial from here. My face now broke out with more pimples. It was such a waste of my time and money. Look no further. This is the place where you'd like to get yourself pampered. Working as professional lisenced beautician, it can be very rare to set aside some time for myself and get pampered. Found a great deal on groupon and bout the three sessions for such a great deal. Needless to say, the environment was very clean and well kept. I enjoy my monthly visit with Linda. I have acne problem for many years and started going to her in early 2012. She is very knowledgeable in skincare, especially in facial extraction. She knows which pores are pickable, and which are absolutely not. As a result, it doesn't leave me with any scars, inflamed bumps or long lasting redness. Every time after my facial, I leave with a clean and refreshing face without any white or blackheads. Linda has a pleasant personality. She is the one always smiles and talks to her client during their visit.
