Once inside, the girl said "there is a cart" and my wife told her the hardest part was getting into the store - there are no carts outside nor a sign saying there are carts inside. The girls working there sound like high schoolers. My wife was asked "do you want a receipt?". I dislike stupid questions like this - without a receipt, what proof do I have of sending it??" Then the girl got a white sticker and covered up the FedEx address label we had put on the package at home. Sounds like a pretty efficient operation where the clerks care about the customer, right? We'll avoid using FedEx. UPS is a much better choice.

Other facilities come out to help you hook and unhook trailers, but they won't lift a finger. You have to ask them for help. The owner refused to help put the trailer back where he specifically wanted. He stood there and told me he was going to charge me an additional $20 for not using the app. He ended up charging me a late return fee for when you deliver it after hours. I dropped it off at 1pm. They suck. He makes Grumpy Old men look like the happy dwarf on Snow White.

He took them from the boxes and bags and put them in the shredder and put the containers they were in into my trash dumpster. He is a polite, neat and a hard working small business owner. I had my files shredded by the major companies and he was much more accommodating and easier to work with than with company employees who did not care if you used them again.
