I showed up at 11am and shop is closed wanted to get my hair cut and dyed and a wax but no one there to do it bad for business

They have been here for 15 years....... how did I not know about them and why have I been going anywhere else? First off this place is the whole shebang, they do hair, nails and waxing, you do not need to go anywhere else! I went in to get my hair colored, I was going to do highlights and low lights but right away I was told that I have beautiful natural low lights and that I absolutely should not pay extra to have something done I don't need. Anybody who's willing to save me money is moving to the top of my list. I had some highlights put in and it was a wonderful experience. While I was there having my hair done there was only one person on staff doing everything, I never once felt neglected. She was extremely attentive and in between coloring my hair she was able to cut the hair of three or four other people while maintaining her calm and keeping the shop clean. I know this is gonna sound weird but she is the first person to cut my hair forward, instead of backwards. Everybody cuts your hair pulling it backwards. She cut my hair forwards, which I've never seen, and it actually added an incredible amount of volume to my very thin baby fine hair. I got bounce now! They have the biggest selection of hair care products I've ever seen in a private location, if you want anything they have it. I'm looking forward to planning my next girls day there and getting pedicures. My kids and husband are super picky about who touches their hair and does their faded so I'm excited to have them go in there and see what their experiences as well. read more

I called 2 days prior and made an appointment for 2pm with Jessica. On the day of the appointment I arrived 11 minutes early and stood patiently at the counter. I looked around a little taken aback that on a Saturday afternoon there were not more people working there and there were not more people waiting for haircuts? There were no customers in the chairs, 1 customer sitting patiently in a chair at the large front window and one young man with ear-buds rocking out sweeping up the floor. A small room off of the main room had 1 customer getting a pedicure, 1 customer getting her nails done by a nail tech and 2 customers sitting, waiting and chatting. After waiting what seemed like forever with no one acknowledging I was there the young man sweeping up made eye contact with me. Nearly simultaneously he yelled over me to the room behind me something I did not understand in another language. A woman in the other room yelled back at my direction "sit, I be with you" and pointed to the chairs at the front window. That didn't seem like a very good start to what I had hoped would be a long term relationship. I sat patiently still, and looked about. No magazines within reach just stackable metal leg chairs that lined the front wall against the large picture window. The young man plopped on a chair near me looking at his phone and still rocking out with his ear buds. The woman in the other room kept yelling something fairly loudly but I couldn't understand what she was saying. After numerous times a customer responded to her "I don't think he can hear you". A short time after that he walked out. At 2:06 the woman who was giving the manicure walked over to the woman sitting next to me and said "come. here." and the young woman followed. Still no acknowledging I was even in the room. No eye contact, no "hey I'm sorry. we got behind" I'm sorry it wont be much longer." She said nothing. And at 2:09PM I walked out. I am a very patient woman, and I understand schedules can be messed up but to not say anything, make eye contact or even apologize for the wait well I think that was just wrong. I will never go back to that salon as I feel their customer service was dismissive, rude and absolutely atrocious. read more

I agree with the other review that the customer service needs some sprucing up! When I arrived on time I waited about 15mins and it took a good 10min for someone to acknowledge me. But I do have to say that I was happy with Tammy and her idea's for a new hair "do" for me. My pedi was pretty good too. over all I left feeling like I got good service at a decent price. read more

Got my hair dyed there and it came out the same color which is dark brown. The color I it was suppose to be was honey blonde, so I was dissappinted with their work. My son who is 4 got his haircut there and the owner was rude to him because he wouldn't stay still. After sitting for 25 mins while she tried to fix his fade she messes up on, what do you expect? Forget making an appointment, you'll still end up waiting. Never going back there again! read more

Haven't been able to find a satisfactory salon in quite awhile. Was fretting about getting my thin, fine hair "just trimmed" before my son's upcoming wedding as it invariably gets layered which is what I DON'T want! On a whim, I went in and explained to Jennifer what I wanted with the "if it takes you more than 5 minutes, you are doing something wrong"! Same experience as many here. If you have a sign that says walk-in's welcome, you should acommodate walk-in's. Went in to get my nails done and they said "Nope we're booked" and were very rude. Hardly had any appointments scheduled or workers. I'm an established customer even. 1 old customer is worth 10 new ones they say and you just lost my business and I'm telling people "Do not go here" read more
