It started off great, they were very fast and efficient. However, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I received a regular gel manicure and a deluxe gel pedicure. For my manicure, my hands were never soaked, and no lotion or massage was given. For the deluxe pedicure, I expected at least some of the extras typically included, such as a scrub, lotion, or massage, but none were provided. I didn't receive even a brief hand or foot massage, which was especially disappointing given that's the best part of this kind of experience. While the staff worked quickly, the overall experience lacked the attention to detail and level of care I would expect. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Nice people, but the worst nail experience ever. I normally would've let things roll off my back, but with all the issues this was a pretty bad experience and the nails don't even look good: - Manicurist drew blood on my pinky finger (she was working pretty fast and furiously -- and this proved she really was!). After blaming it on my having thin skin, she did it again on the other pinky in the same spot. - Pedicurist kept cranking my foot down to work on my toes. I'm an extremely flexible person and this normally doesn't bug me, but this was the first time I had a little ankle pain from her cranking on my foot - Pedicurist started to go after my callouses with a cuticle clipper (?!) - The massage (feet and hands) are my favorite part. Only got massaged on one hand; and on my feet/calves, they kept slapping the top of my feet. Nice ladies, but they don't know what they're doing. read more

I got a basic pedicure with callus removal. I have odd toenails--they are so tiny and very challenging to clip, file and buff. My tech took the utmost care. This is a rare circumstance where they were shaped beautifully and my skin wasn't nicked. She did a great job with callus removal as well. I felt relaxed and didn't feel remotely rushed. I wish I didn't have to leave this review as the woman who helped me was so kind but I now have burns on my face from waxing which isn't acceptable. I went for a last minute eyebrow wax. I appreciated the promptness and the kind customer service. However the wax was way too hot and unfortunately I only realized it when it hit my face (not quite sure how I would assess this myself) and now I have a pretty visible burn. I got a "full set" yesterday and two nails popped off the next morning. All I did was go to sleep. told her i just want my money back and she refused. Went on about how she won't get paid if she gives me my money back. They just glued on a plastic nail and didn't put any dipping powder when i had asked for acrylic full set. I'm so upset. I work very hard for my money and that's 100 dollars down the drain. read more

I'm so happy with how they turned out! I have my winter formal dance tomorrow and wanted to get my nails done to match my wine red dress. I originally asked for acrylics, but after showed me some picture of Gel X I decided to get those instead, and oh my goodness she couldn't have done a better job! Came here today with a friend for a pedicure. The place is very clean, spacious and the tech took her time doing my pedicure. She was very patient with me and my questions. They bad a huge selection of polish and colors. When we left we noticed they offer waxing, haircut and a variety of other services. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend and will be back! read more

CHEATERS !!! They quoted one price on the phone for a mani-pedi but wanted to charge me more when I came in (saying that they did a "SPA TREATMENT " on me.) She said she would give me a discount but stated the same price over again !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!! The owner, Lyn, spoke English well, but would NOT do what I asked for (cleaning under the nail since it was dirty from gardening) until I repeated myself many times. She was very aggressive and rude. She rushed through and did a messy job. Next month, I went to the salon across the street in La Canada that was half their price !!!!! Tis' was a cold winter night in Southern California. My hands were dry as September and embedded with dirt from gardening. They were incredibly embarrassing. After being rejected from a previous salon that was closing, I needed a Christmas miracle. Driving back home, disappointed and feeling hopeless, a glowing neon sign with the words "open" guided me like the North Star. To prevent a second in person rejection, I called ahead. On Christmas Eve, 24 minutes before they closed, I ask if they would be able to do a gel manicure. They said yes and joy to the my mini world, my hands were saved from their cold and tortured state. It was a Christmas Eve miracle. My nails looked great and still do. They even put my nails into the shape that I requested. Removed all the cuticles and smoothed the out the dry edges of my fingertips. They also suggested to wear gloves when I do any work such as gardening and washing dishes. I enjoyed this establishment and the people as well. I look forward to getting my nails done again. read more

Went in for a haircut. The lady couldn't understand what I was saying. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she said she would do it. As she started she pulled on my hair so hard with her comb that it hurt and she kept doing it. Didn't ask for styling and styled my wet hair with an iron curler. And of course as my hair dried they opened up. She was extremely aggressive and asked personal questions. Never going back. read more

Came here with 2 others, only one person working in here. She completely rushed my gel manicure and it looks rushed, messy, and overall bad. There was polish all over my hands and she didn't even make the gel coat even. Another lady came in and we all have to wait. Never coming back. Super disappointed in how terrible my nails looks. The lady was nice, and offered to clean up the polish around my fingers, but that still wouldn't fix the mani. She fixed one nail that didn't need much fixing. She seemed stressed and rushed, she spilled the polish too. She only cut one of my sisters cuticles, and hers did not look great either. Effort that counts, just honestly felt bad for the lady. She gave us a discount, and was very apologetic. Just sharing my experience. read more

I walked in with a picture of what I wanted. What I got was horrendous. It looks like I went to CVS bought press on nails and let my 4 year old put them on. Now I have to rush tomorrow to find someone that can hopefully repair it. NEVER GO HERE! You're better off not getting them done. I wish I could rip these off!!!!!! read more
