I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

Traci my nail tech did a great job with my feet but I didn't get a foot massage that it was described in the menu. I also didn't care for the fact she put hot candle wax on my legs that came from a burning candle. She cut my nails short which I was happy that she did. They had me play musical chairs and I didn't even get the nail tech with whom I had made the appointment three days in advance. Dom triple booked himself, while I got who he said was his cousin. The cousin was about to start an acrylic fill when I told stopped him and said it was just gel polish. He asked who had done my nails because they were thick. I pointed to Don and said, "Him". Mind you, I didn't think so at all, so that was awkward. There were other things not worth mentioning. They just added to the already bad taste the visit was leaving. Without me saying anything, it seemed like Don tried to make up for it by not charging for the chrome, and telling them to let me sit in the massage chair longer. It was too late. Third time there and sadly won't be going back.
