I'm glad I finally decided to pull the trigger. In the past, I would have put Tsingtao house in a category of more upscale, pricier, Chinese restaurant...but these days, even the hole in the walls are pricey! There were fairy lights, small lamps, and quiet instrumental music playing in the background. It sounded very similar to the soundtrack of Hyrule Field in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The food was tasty and very authentic! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination. Everything on their menu is clearly marked if it's spicy and/or can be made gluten free, too! They have a big selection, and if my family's meals were anything to go by, everything is great.
