Slight char on the bottom, crispy and doughy with flavor. That's what makes a perfect pizza, the blend of flavors. As for the food. I've tried everything on the menu and ordered a bunch of things for Christmas. I could go on for pages about then food. Let's just say my wife's mother is Italian. Was the best cook!
