Brings you back to the NJ/NY slice you had a so long ago and never forget. The sauce, slightly sweet and flavorful. No bitterness or canned tomato taste, it's almost like a Sunday gravy. The cheese appears to be a blend, I'd guess Grande cheese. Not too salty and not greasy. The crust is perfect. Not too thick and not too thin. Slight char on the bottom, crispy and doughy with flavor. That's what makes a perfect pizza, the blend of flavors. As for the food. I've tried everything on the menu and ordered a bunch of things for Christmas. I could go on for pages about then food. Let's just say my wife's mother is Italian. Was the best cook! It's the only restaurant that comes close. Trust me she's very picky. Lastly, the folks that work there are nice and friendly. The owner loves what he does. This restaurant is a blessing and an asset to the area. We have eaten here every week since Dec and we live 35 min away

The pictures make this look more full than it was somehow. The meat was fine but the black olives and mushrooms were way sparse. Overall very unimpressed by this place and won't be back. I'd heard great things and I don't get it. I still can't believe a single pizza and salad was close to $80 with tip.

Step inside and you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the kind of friendly faces that make you feel right at home. Then comes the food--fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My husband sticks to the classics (and loves every bite), while I always look forward to whatever creative seasonal dishes Andy and Amber come up with. Fall is my favorite time because I have to get the butternut squash pasta--it's that good. It's always great to see POPS busy, even during the week. It just adds to the energy of downtown and makes you appreciate having such a gem in the community. We truly hope POPS becomes a longtime staple here in Canton--places like this deserve it. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it.

It was not immediately clear to me that this place was a counter service/seat yourself establishment. Restaurant had the vibe inside that it recently shut half its seating & bar space. I was looking for something a little bit more upscale and Italian to treat myself, and I left feeling a little disappointed and like I overpaid for the experience. The food was good, but I hope they improve the dine in experience.

We went to the bar first for drinks and the happy hour specials ending at 6pm. The waitress was nice, and the guys were super talkative when they knew we were Dolphins fans, and the guy shucking oysters was focused but still laughed at jokes or conversations. The cucumber cocktail was great and refreshing, the $2 beer special is unbeatable. We got a table fast when we were ready to eat with the group and the server was fun and engaged. We had multiple rounds of oysters (which were good sized Gulf oysters), fish dip, shrimp cocktail, and wings. The star of the show was my plate, their soft shell crab plate. You don't see it on anyone's menu often so I had to get it. It was juicy and the crabs were really good sized, I was full. The inside is cute, very clean Florida bar style. You kind of forget you are in Canton, GA. And it's walking distance to everything downtown so it can be the first stop of a night.

I will say it was perfect for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The place has a vibe that works with the seafood/beach theme. Nic ambiance and I can imagine in warmer weather the rolling windows open and the bar busy- it could be fun. Food was fine. Nothing fancy and everything was cooked well, served hot and a good portion!!
