Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. They appeared to be subcontracted by another company that is located in the Pinellas area. The tech was also dramatic about the damaged toilet flange. I told him usually you just use an extender and install a new one but to worry about clearing my line. I would say don't call this company. I didn't. They were subcontracted.

The home is less than 10 years old so replacing toilets seemed a bit excessive. I ended up researching the noise the toilet was making myself and realized that it was something that can be fixed pretty easily. I called the manager and spoke to him regarding the poor advice received in regards to replacing the toilets, and he said they would send a second technician to assess the situation. Instead, he sent me a message stating that the initial technician was right and did not send another technician to assess . I ended up going with a different company who came and replaced the valve ...which successfully lowered my water bill by 50%. Problem fixed - without having to replace the entire toilet. I was initially a fan of NSP, but this last visit was very disheartening. I think if they had sent a second technician to evaluate what I was concerned about, they would have seen that the first technician was indeed wrong. I will not be using them again.
