I called around 10+ services, and this company was the most responsive and the fairest price. I was a little skeptical about in-home carpet cleaning vs offsite (especially for a rug with old dog pee), but the price was right and the wait time for offsite was too long. Our technician was named Vlad and he walked us through the entire process. There was NO pushy upselling (which happens a lot with carpet cleaners) and we enjoyed his approach so much that we also asked him to clean the couch. A couple of hours later, the stubborn pee smell was OUT and the sofa looked brand new. I even got to see the dirty water at the end -- and it was pretty gross 10/10 will definitely book them again!

This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)
