I was a little skeptical about in-home carpet cleaning vs offsite (especially for a rug with old dog pee), but the price was right and the wait time for offsite was too long. Our technician was named Vlad and he walked us through the entire process. There was NO pushy upselling (which happens a lot with carpet cleaners) and we enjoyed his approach so much that we also asked him to clean the couch. The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly.
