Our refrigerator was about 20 years old and these new models had so many features to look at. Diane helped us narrow it down to 2 models, gave us so many details on both, and priced everything out. We went home to discuss and we placed the order within 2 days. We decided on the Subzero with French Doors. She coordinated the home service to come measure and assess installation; she gave us the date of delivery. Everything went so smooth. A new subzero certainly is a large unexpected expense but we love our new refrigerator. Here's the bonus: a month later I receive an email from Diane telling us about a $1000 rebate which we qualified for. She had attached all the necessary receipts to make it so easy.
