When I contacted customer service, I was told that because it had been over a year since my purchase, they couldn't take any action. Their only suggestion was that I buy a separate fabric-care tool (a Gleener) to manage the shedding myself -- which feels like being asked to pay to fix a product defect. For the price of this rug, I expected both a quality product and quality service. I received neither. I will not be shopping with Rejuvenation again and would caution others to think twice before purchasing their rugs.
