    Cheese Slice Burnt
    Carlos M.

11/07 5:00PM Cheese bread came out burnt and when I requested they remake it I was told that's they way the bread was, welp pizza came out and it matches the bread. I don't think the bread is your problem guys. Stay clear unless you like burnt food.

This is the worst pizza that I've ever had. The name, "New York pizza" is an insult to NY pizza. It's so bad. I ordered on door dash, and their menu is also messed up. I ordered a "white pizza"; the description did not say anything about having chicken, olives, and spinach on it, but that's what I got. Then, the pepperoni pizza only had pepperoni on about half it. In general, pizza was dry, boring. The garlic knots were hard and burnt on the top. They were inedible. Literally the worst pizza/food ever.

First the good, pizza is actually pretty good! However the service and cleanliness is questionable. There were only 6 people in total in the restaurant at the time we were ordering. We waited 10-25 minutes just to place an order at the counter. My guess is understaffing? Secondly, I had to bus the table so we could sit and eat. Dishes, silverware, dirty napkins, and leftover food all left at the table.

My search for a good NY style slice brought me here and result was 2 sad slices and heartburn. Loved the options and the BYO slice option but my common sense should have kicked in. The pepperoni was serviceable but the mushrooms and red bell pepper were almost raw. Cheese was barely melted and sauce was faint and almost nonexistent. There has got to be better slice in the area because this place needs to work on its execution.

What a treat to find this little gem today! Loved that they had the lunch chef special by the slice WITH great sized salad, soda and pickle! Pizza was YUM. HUGE slice...really enough for two adults! Hot and fresh and thin crust! Salad was fresh too, with cucumbers, tomato, red onion, croutons and parmesan. Blue cheese dressing was decent too! Soda fountain had quite a few flavors out of order, but a handful working too. Cashier was friendly and personable. WiFi quick and easy to connect to. Ambiance was great and plenty of seating. My only recommendation to REALLY get this place on par for long term success is ongoing bussing and cleaning of the dining room. Could not find a clean table/chair and spills on the floor left were left unattended. I will be back and hope to see dining room sparkling next time I'm in. :)

Final time to get pizza from here before we move. Looked like they didn't offer delivery anymore, so I opted for pickup. Pizza was ready when I got there but had to be reheated when I got home. The 24" pizza is still massive. We also got a 14", so we'd have some leftovers. The side-by-side is kind of funny. Pizza is still delicious and is the closest to true NY thin crust we've found.

We like the place, but there are some serious shortcomings, like don't expect to dine-in if it's 40 mins to closing time. Pros: -The pizza is fantastic -Decent price for the food -The giant pizza is MASSIVE -Great beer selection Cons: -Extras are overpriced (example: extra pizza sauce is $3) -Beer taps are not always functioning -Closes too early -Service is inconsistent -They will only do to-go orders if it is less than 60 mins before closing time

Word of advice, don't order their desert. A sliver is all you'll receive, so go to Kroger for the whole cheese cake!

Great NY style pizza! The large pizza is HUGE! Make sure you have them double cut it - the slices are easier to eat that way.

My friend recommended this on his list of Irish Pubs around here, so I decided to give it a try. For a strip mall Irish Pub, it does take you into another world. Cool entrance that opens up to a horseshoe bar with tons of tables and booths. It was Trivia night, so they only had the Stanley Cup playoff on one TV. Sat down at the bar and ordered my Guinness and reviewed the menu. There were a couple of selections I was interested in (always gravitate to Bangers n' Mash), but went with the fish & chips with French Onion soup. Get these together, because the fish is delicious in the beef broth of the French Onion! It was good, though fish could've used a little more batter with the thick walleye filets. I loved it all and enjoyed the conversation with the bartender with the I Love Indie Horror hat. Some good ones out there that aren't being made like they use to!!

After we paid our bill with a credit card, I noticed that we were charged a 3% credit card fee. That was a first, and likely began in April since our last visit was on 3/24/26 and no credit card fee was assessed. Nowhere on the menu was it mentioned there would be a credit card fee, nor was it articulated by a bartender. That sort of fee makes me wonder what's going on in this establishment. Not sure we'll be back.

The chicken sandwich was brined and hand breaded, definitely didn't fit on the bun and was juicy with the right amount of spice. Burgers were great and the fries had the perfect crunch, hot and tasty. The jalapeño dip took a minute to come out - I can only assume because it's made to order. Certainly tasted that way. And, because we are gluttons, we had the fried onions and jalapeños. Not just any regular breaded onions and japs, but fresh jalepenos fried just enough and the onions were not strings, but like you just took them off a blooming onion yourself. We will certainly be back and you should try yourself!

The bartender mentioned it was okay to put in food. I ordered fried wings and they came out pink, I took them to go and had to airfry the wings to the correct temperature. I went back the next day and got pizza but it felt like I was eating oil. I didn't want to complain but I felt a review was needed regarding the quality of the food. The drinks were great! But if the food matched the drinks, yall could really do numbers because the drinks and the service is there!
