3 years since I was here and gave it a 3. This is the last place I expected to lunch today. However,the timing was right and I felt this was my best option. I got a combo meal of pepperoni and sausage pizza,side of spaghetti and a strawberry lemonade. I ask the staff to leave my pizza in just a little longer for a crispy crust . I'm amazed at how well executed my lunch was. Their counter is clean and merchandized to look appetizing. The staff was helpful and efficient. The pizza was absolutely perfect. I've paid a lot of money for pizza that's not this good. The side of spaghetti wasn't overcooked with a nice laddle of flavorful sauce. Try it again so I did but then I realized I had the wrong card and she was like ok and she put my pizza back behind the counter until I paid for it. Love the atmosphere here and the food was the best part . My favorite special was the 4 cheese white pizza. Always go for that, it's only a matter of time before I left a review for them. Always thought dominoes was good, but Sbarro surpasses them in taste. A bit pricey , but worth it. The $6 slice was a good one read more

Ok ... there are literally a hundred pizza places within a 10 mile radius of this location (Stonebriar Mall) but I love Sbarro's pizza!! The crust is like a thin roll. The sauce is not too sweet. The toppings are fresh. You can buy a whole pizza or by the slice. Yum. Not a fan of pizza? They also offer strombolis, pasta, and salads too! This time we drove an hour just to get Sbarros To-Go, lol. The pizza was perfect but the price was not. The last few times we got the special: $22.00 for two XL pizzas (unlimited toppings!). A great deal, right! This time I was told the prices changed "today." The new price was $24.00 for one XL pizza, 1 topping only. Each additional topping costs $1.00. My traditional order went from $22.00 to over $50.00. Their latest promotion is two XL NY slices + two drinks for $9.99. Not the same value!!! :( Are you a member of their Slice Society? It's worth it. Upon signup, new members get a FREE XL NY slice with the purchase of a beverage. In addition, you will receive coupons, the latest promotions, and a surprise on your birthday (it's usually a free slice of pizza). Nice! Due to COVID-19 precautions, some of the locations may be temporarily closed or have limited operating hours. This location seems to be in line with the malls hours but I suggest you call. Went in to get some pizza with my wife and son. When it was our turn to order my wife asked if they had any cheese pizza. The guy behind the counter said no. After asking if they were going bb to make any more the phrase he used verbatim was "I just got called in and got told to get rid of this stuff" meaning the stuff already made that had been prepared who knows how long ago. After hearing that I just got mad and went with the ziti which to be honest was not all that good probably due to being in an over greasy sauce. This attitude mixed with poor quality is exactly why Sbarro went downhill and will probably be closed as a company within the next 5 years or so. read more

Although the outlet is at heart of stone briar mall bube the quality of pizza they are offering is not as per the expectations. We had tried a combo of 4 chese pizza slice, garlic bread as a sides with regular drink and pizza and garlic bread is not good as it supposed to be. Garlic bread was hard to eat and salt was also too high and pizza slice was undercooked, flavour less, crust was hard as well. I would like to give another chance but considering today's experience I am not sure I am coming again. read more

I was in the mood for pasta while at Stonebrier Mall last weekend and gave this Sbarro a try. The service was good and I ordered the pasta with marinara sauce. I was impressed that the server reheated the pasta in hot water and gave me a generous amount of sauce. That was the positive aspect of the service. The spaghetti came with a bread stick, which he didn't offer me, until I asked. Only then, did he put it in the oven to heat up. When I went to check out, I was asked if I wanted a cup of dipping sauce. I am glad I asked if they were complementary as they were 75 cents - the cups looked small enough that one could have assumed they might be free. I didn't like that they were not on the menu display. The spaghetti and sauce were of only average quality and I'm not sure I'd order them again. I cannot comment on the quality of the pizza, lasagna, calzones and other dishes they offer. It was a bit off putting that their menu did not include all of the items they offered. read more

LOVE THE STAFF and of course the pizza but have to say the staff, Jose and Charles, were especially amazing today! I'm a super freak about pizza and will just choose not to get it if I feel like it's been sitting for longer than a half an hour. I was with my daughter tonight and she wanted pizza but I wasn't too sure about how long it had been out, didn't look to be too long but..... and Jose made a new pizza to accommodate my weirdness! House-made lemonade was DELICIOUS. Pepperoni pizza was undercooked and fairly flavorless (sauce was bland, no seasonings in crust). They've also removed the spinach dishes (calzone or Stromboli?) so what I remembered from my youth is no longer available (apropos, no?). Will be back for lemonade but not much else. read more

Yelled at us because we were younger in age by the old, racist, short Italian man (possibly manager) who worked there after we asked for a refund since they messed up our order twice. Essentially humiliated us in front of their workers and the huge line of people and this man also physically put his hands on my sister after saying we were "liars" and misogynistically mocked us for absolutely no reason other than we politely asked for a refund and asked him to stop yelling. He yelled at us to "just take it" as soon as we spoke to him about the issue nicely. Very disgusting and I can't comprehend why anyone would think treating other people like this is ok over some food. My only explanation is because of our ethnicity/age, as we remained very civil about this. Please, stay away from this place. I hope whoever you are, you think about what you did and lose your job promptly. The pizzas are sad and floppy, and they might be mistaken for a piece of leather. So why does it get a 5/5? Because it is a cultural mall icon like Hot Topic (no, I don't shop there) or Macy's. Pretty much everyone who has visited a mall has tried Sbarro's crappy mall pizzas at least once in their life. Eating there is a rite of passage and it's a good joke too.
