What a fun venue! Had a company outing here and the on-site brewery was amazing. Food and bar fare is top notch Huge facility inside and out. Highly recommend!

Stopped by Rollertown Brewery and had a great time. They have a really strong beer selection, and the location near Toyota Stadium makes it a perfect stop before or after a game. They also host local vendors, which gives it a fun community vibe and makes it great for families. I even tried their whiskey, which was a fun surprise. What really separates Rollertown from other breweries though is the ambiance. The vibe of the place just makes you want to hang out and stay awhile with all of the yard games.

Big brewery! It's a two-story taproom that has a spacious outdoor beer garden. It's approximately 23,000-square-foot (just for the building) that sits on a 2.5-acre. Designed to bring community together for entertainment and social interaction. We had a flight and a few other beers, all were good. Staff was working well on this busy Sunday evening. Seating was tight inside, but do offer a few outdoor tables as well. We opted outdoors & enjoyed the weather as it was the perfect setting at dusk. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. This location opened up October of 2025. It's in the heart of town next to the historic silos. Local craft brews such as IPA's, lagers, stouts, sour ales & Kolschs are available. Plus, 21 rotating beers on tap. They have a good selection of specialty cocktails and wines too. You can find two food tucks on site Mueller Wagyu: Burgers & American Gothic Pizza. Check their website for hours of operation prior to coming. *Note-The venue features free weekly events like Monday Night Football Bingo, Tuesday Trivia, & live music, with ticketed concerts on weekends. Pet friendly environment so bring your fur baby along!

The best place to meet up in Frisco with a group when the sun is shining! There is space for the kids and the drinks are flowing. The have hard alcohol and beer of course. They let everyone have fun! Unlike other nearby places, this truly is a place for families. Also I don't know of other local places that have pitchers of beer- so that's another win!!

2025 Yelp 100 Challenge - #77 Seating Seating is available at the entrance of the building, inside, and on their turfed lawn. With the 80 degrees TX weather, it was a great day to check out then brewery. There is plenty of space for kids to run around. Just be mindful of other people's space so your kiddos don't interfere. Food Two foods trucks are located on site. A pizzeria and burger place. I've had the chance to try both and enjoyed the burgers more. Burgers are big enough to split and share. Their french fries are a delicious twist between potato wedges and fries.

First time to the new location in Frisco. Like they say, everything is bigger in Texas, and this spot is huge! We started off downstairs, but it was fairly packed on a Tuesday afternoon, so we moved upstairs when that area opened after 5. We tried a few different beers, but my wife and I got the same beers we had on our previous visit to the other location. I got two Big Germans (thanks Dirk!) while my wife had a War Daddy and then a Big German. One daughter had a pineapple Paloma twist, while the other had a barrel aged thundersleet. She then went back and enjoyed an espresso martini. Service was quick downstairs, but then I waited forever upstairs to get served at that bar. I'm guessing we'll be back at some point.

Really cool, HUGE, new location for Rollertown! This isn't just a state of the art brewery, this is now also a live music venue! Definitely add it to your list of places to visit! Two bars: one downstairs and one up. There's an elevator, should you need it, and two staircases: one outside, one inside. There's a large merch and carry-out store downstairs! The separate brew building is massive and fully equipped with amazing high quality equipment for the best brewing at high volume. They even have a centrifuge! The staff are plentiful and friendly, ready to serve! While we were there on a soft opening weekend, there were 3 food trucks, so there should be food-a-plenty! There's a front gravel section that will be a Biergarten coming soon! I can't wait to come back!

Rollertown!!! My oh my!! Welcome to the Frisco neighborhood! Easy this place is a 10/10. Went on opening night and had an amazing time. Slapped on my roller skates and drank the night away. Y'all do not sleep on that Cherry mojito sour! I can't wait to see what they will be brewing up next! For those who are not beer connoisseurs they have a lil something for everyone. I'm talking wine, mixed drinks, water! Hey maybe if you are feeling a little fruity ask them for a Shirley temple. The world is your oyster my friend! Check out this spot! You won't be disappointed! Omg y'all I forgot to add try the smash burgers omg those fries are bomb!!!

Closed lawn 3 hours before a cover band

Good beer and place to hang out but they have the worst management when it comes to the space. They bring in cover bands that sell 25% of the lawn and kick everyone else out. Adverstise a World Cup watch party but for some reason have to clear out 3 hours before a cover band. Losing sales left and right. Bad management.

Just moved to Texas and wanted to dry out a local brewery. This place is HUGE. There is pleanty of inside seating, lots of outdoor seating and games, as well as an upstairs that i believe can be rented. This place also has small summer concerts, free trivia, and bingo. There are very delish food trucks on site as well. The bartenders were quick and answer any questions asked. Beer was delish as well. With the lack of parking available they offer FREE valet parking on the weekends. I mean how nice is that!!

The property is nice, but it definitely felt like a corporate owned/large investor backed facility than a "home grown made it big" type place. Sunday afternoon and they're out of 3 of the beers I would have wanted. The selection is mediocre at best "juicy" this, and "crushable" that... I got the "133"and my wife got the "Big German" (easy now....) both had the same metallic aftertaste. Gross. The facility is decent, but again, feels extremely corporate, and I have no doubt it will do well. Especially in a town like Frisco where it's more about being out and being seen than anything else. The beer is 2 stars at best. Maybe if they learn how to brew decent beer, or bring in some guest taps I'd be back. Until then... pass.

My wife and I stopped by to try some beers. We saw they had a sour on tap, and several new IPAs. We both had a fight and a beer. The Colada Don was delicious! Too bad they didn't have that one in cans, the other IPAs and sours we tried were really good as well aside from the Citrus Solstice which was from a can and labeled a hazy IPA but was not hazy at all and tasted very sweet. They had a food truck, and also a bar code for a local pizzeria that delivers to their location. The bathrooms were pretty clean. They had TVs and baseball so it's good if you are a sports fan and want to watch something. The lady behind the bar was very nice, and willing to let us try another beer when our daughter knocked one flight over and then another beer wasn't good. Overall we had a good time, and will be back!

We ordered two sets of beer flights, they were good overall, and I especially loved the mango and pineapple ones. For food, we got the BBQ chicken flatbread and a burger. Also, the tomato, pickles, and lettuce came on the side, which we didn't ask for, so we had to assemble the burger ourselves. Overall, the environment and service were great. We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.

The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!

My only complaint is I wish they had more board games, card games, etc. They do have some but the pieces are scattered across the entire building or missing all together.
