The pizza is very good here but the execution wasn't. I ordered a thin crust double pepperoni pizza but I expected more. The pizza was messy, kind of thrown together but it was delicious. Great sauce to crust ratio, a thin crispy crust. I'll never order the chicken nuggets again. For $8.61 they gave me scraps. You can see from the picture exactly how they arrived. Wanted pizza and haven't been trying as many new places as I usually do. So we decided on mr Jim's. It was pretty delicious pizza. We got the pepperoni deluxe with white sauce, Mozzarella and cheddar, and garlic parm crust! However, the pizza is crazy greasy...like grease coming off the box Onto the couch lol. I loved the white sauce it was delicious with the pepperoni. I would definitely eat here again. I battled between ordering hot wings with my first order but wanted to see if I liked the pizza first! I ordered online. I ordered med pepperoni with extra cheese w/ 1/2 bacon. A cc cookie pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza had 0 pepperoni, the cc chip cookie pizza was burned on top. Used to be great. Now it's mediocre. I first found Mr Jim's in early 2021 and it quickly became my favorite pizza take out spot. I ordered about every other week and raved about it to friends and family. The crust was amazing and kept me coming back. In late 2023 I started to notice a decrease in quality. Sometimes they'd forget the garlic sauce crust topping, sometimes I'd be given bread sticks instead of bread buds like I ordered, and a couple of time the crust was completely raw. I stopped going for a while but recently gave them another try, and the crust was just bland and flavorless, no better than Little Caesars. I think I the store changed owners which must be related to the decrease in quality. I'm not sure why the crust doesn't have the same great flavor since I assume there's a corporate recipe to follow, but something is missing. I've gone from ordering about twice a month to twice in the past 4-5 months. I've gone back to Marco's as my fav take out spot now. read more

Quite possibly the worst tasting pizza i have ever had. Moved to a new complex, Received a coupon at my door & decided to give them a try. Ordered a pepperoni pizza & some type of bread sticks. I have seen a lot of terrible reviews for this place, and when I first came to work in this neighborhood it was already closed. As of a couple of weeks ago it reopened so I went by and got a pizza. The food and service are top-notch! The new owner has done an amazing job so everyone should give this place a shot. read more

They will let the phone ring until they are fed up and leave the phone of the hook! We heard EVERYTHING! that was going on in the back ground. Had in on hold for 23 minutes and 46 seconds then took it off the hook for an additional 24 Minutes and 37 seconds. When, get this, they finally picked up! mind you, we heard what was going on in the background, in regards to the other phone ringing constantly and still no answer. So, when they picked up , we have already decided on another pizza place, we were on a three way, ordering through uber at this point, a gentleman said " what can I get you!" no apologies, no nothing. Of all the 'Franchise' pizza options in The Colony, Mr Jims is by far the best! It may be a little pricier if you cant find a "deal" on their website you like, but you get what you pay for and LIFE is TOO SHORT to eat poor quality pizza. For best results, always do the Carry Out option, as you'll get your pizza faster, but this is true for all places that deliver pizza! Make sure you get to know the owner! Domino's and (occasionally) Pizza Hut used to be my go to fast food pizza places but I would always feel awful the next morning, groggy and slightly sick. This is the first fast food pizza place where I don't feel terrible the next day (besides the regular guilt from overloading on carbs). Their ingredients taste so much fresher. To be honest, I've eaten at other Mr. Jim's in the past and this is the best franchise in terms of taste. It's also pretty clean for a pizza joint. 10/10 recommend read more

First time, we ordered a regular crust pizza and this time the thin wheat. Both were very good, but I prefer the thin crust personally. We also ordered their baked chicken nuggets, and they were delicious! More unexpectedly so, because we were thinking Domino's chicken bites. Nope! These were flavorful, quality chicken, and cooked perfectly. Also, they have really great coupons and deals on their website.
