Elias asked great questions, and provided great communication and customer service from the beginning, middle to end which greatly reduced the stress. Being that this was a brand new van with a specific type of metallic paint, I was extremely concerned about getting a perfect match and that's exactly what Reliance delivered, thank God! They made sure I had rental car arrangements in place, but above all else, I was thankful to be treated respectfully as a human being which greatly reduced the anxiety that typically comes with auto repair. My car was repaired here after an accident that was 100% the other driver's fault, and the repair was supposed to be handled through insurance (Progressive). When I picked up my car last year, I already paid the amount they asked for. However, months later they started calling me repeatedly, claiming I still owed additional money. The calls were frequent and the staff was very rude on the phone. The most confusing part is that their own documents show that the remaining balance should actually be paid by the insurance company, not by me. I even sent them the insurance company's explanation, but they kept insisting I should pay. I am attaching the documents they provided. The numbers clearly show the inconsistency. If you plan to repair your car here, be very careful with their billing and communication. My experience with their customer service and billing process was extremely disappointing.

Bob gave me a realistic quote, but more importantly, he took the time to genuinely guide me instead of just trying to sell me on expensive work that didn't make financial sense for my situation. Even though I'm probably not going through the full body shop route, he still went out of his way to explain my options, educate me on the differences between body work vs PDR, referred me to someone he trusted, and even personally vouched for me and texted the guy on my behalf trying to help me out.
