This isnt showroom finish

Consumers do not waste your time. It is a waste of your money. I was there yesterday and I paid for showroom finish for Interior and Exterior. Windows was not cleaned properly, dust and dirt left on dashboard, arm rest as well as the cupholders. I approached the workers and he is going to tell me thats glue. First of all i knew it wasnt glue cause my 4 year old fingerprints was all over the window. They take care of their own people cars. A black female Soldier by herself they just brush off. I literally wastched them spray a car down and scrub the inside of a car. When my car came out approximately 3 people went to it and barely did anything. They barely wiped down the back windows. You tell me does this look showroom finish to you? I wish they had 0 stars. I asked for the manager and they told me he us on break

The recovery and customer satisfaction efforts are underwhelming to say the least. On Wednesday,…read morethe Newburgh Manager called me and left me a voicemail to call him. At 530pm I called him to get an apology and affirmation that he read my review. He wanted me to stop by before close of business so that they could inspect my car. When I said that I am not near Newburgh and I won't be able to make it. I was told to go to the Middletown location the next day. Not asked, told. The manager didn't listen to anything I said but rather needed me to go to a shop on his terms. Instead of asking how they could make it better or what I was looking for, I was told what they were going to do. Instead of asking when I was available or what worked better for me, I was told when I needed to go. I reached out to email I was provided in this thread twice since the call with the manager, to no response. So that's it. Valvoline reached out and did their part, the customer is disgruntled and efforts cease. Clap, clap, clap. At this point I was have felt more pacified by a refund or voucher for a free oil change. One of the worst oil change experiences, top five in worst customer service escalations and resolutions and the top when it comes to dissatisfaction on so many levels. Go to local mechanics or even car washes that offer the SAME service for almost $50 cheaper.

Do you know that feeling when you are on the highway, far from home, and all of a sudden your car…read morestarts making a horrible shrieking sound? I hope you don't. It's a terrible feeling. But should you ever find yourself in such a spot, the answer is simple. Slow your roll. Exit the highway as soon as possible. Find a mechanic to patch you up and get you back on the road. Oh yeah, and pray to god it's not Saturday, since most reputable mechanics take their weekends off. Well, on a recent Saturday such a fate befell me and my poor Mazda5. The car is old, but in good repair. It's serviced regularly, and just recently got a clean bill of health. So that brain twisting screeching sound was really quite a mystery. Did I mention I know nothing about cars? Still, I pulled into a nearby Denny's to look under the hood to see if anything was clearly broken. I looked under the wheel well to see if some piece of metal snapped. And I saw nothing. So I hopped on the Yelp app and found that the Meineke next door was not just open, but also well reviewed. The team there saved my life. Not literally of course. As it turned out, my life was never in danger. But they were able to get my car on the lift, and take it out on road, all within about an hour of my showing up. They determined that it was nothing. Maybe it had been something. Whatever small piece of road debris had gotten into the wheel well, had apparently worked itself out. They could have told me something was wrong with the bushings. I could have been taken for hundreds of dollars at that moment. But instead, they sent me back on the road with a smile, and refused to take any money for their time. Sure, they didn't actually fix anything. But their trained eye gave me peace of mind. And that's worth a lot. Thank you random Meineke. You guys rock.

I ask if they found the hole in the tire and they tell me it's the TPM sensor and it's gonna be expensive to replace. I've been filling the tire up with air every 2 days for weeks. Either they didn't even look at my car or they don't know what their doing. If you don't got time at the end of the day to look at my car that's fine, but don't lie to my face. *Update* Went to another mechanic and they said I had a bad tire valve stem and replaced immediately.

I am so bummed. I went here two years ago during winter when I was visiting and they did an amazing…read morejob on my car. Back in town, I went yesterday and ordered a platinum full service ($32, and mind you $20 for tip for 2 ppl). I don't know how it is possible for my car to look like it didn't go thru the wash at all. My car was not that dirty but I wanted it to have that nice inside/outside gleam/tire sheen etc. and I thought this would be it and for that price, it seemed like what I would get. First when I paid, there wasn't anyone near the vacuums. To the point that I waited minutes and walked around to find someone because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to do that part myself. Finally someone came (so, they are understaffed, and on a day when we have a stretch of nice weather). He drove it though after asking if I wanted it vacuumed. When I saw them park to dry it etc., it took only 10 minutes max for two guys. Which I thought was super quick but I was like, ok, two guys, maybe it's fine. Most car washes, you are there for at least 30-50 minutes. Granted, they weren't busy really but still. I didn't inspect my car because of the care I'd gotten last time. I gave a tip, and he put it in the box and I got in my car. I drove off and immediately I noticed that it had spots on the windshields (and even that half moon smudge that happens when you use your wipers - still faintly there!) that I figured were going to get taken care of (photos attached) and when I parked I noticed that my mat was also dirty and there were MORE spots on all my windows and it didn't even look like it was properly cleaned at all. Honestly, it looked almost the same as when I drove in. I didn't want to go back because I am a female and there didn't seem to be anyone in a managerial capacity there and only a couple of young, male workers around so I didn't feel comfortable asking them to do it again. Also for platinum, there is no nice scent sprayed in the car (and when you guy a Tree scent from the vending - fyi - it's $6.00 - total rip off!). My tires looked like they kinda cleaned them. I really have no words how bad this was and how disappointed I am. For a fraction of the price you can get it done elsewhere and it will actually look like it was washed. I want my money back. Definitely not worth $30+ dollars plus tip. I hate leaving bad reviews. It pains me but you have to know. Don't go here unless you want to take time out of your day to take pics, go on yelp, post a review, etc. and then have to take your car to get properly cleaned (again) elsewhere. This was so bad all around.
