The tall Caucasian guy who was supposed to do my adjustment wound up dislocating my ribs from the cartilage and four days later it's still in as much pain as day one of him doing it. I can't take a deep breath without it hurting or laugh let alone get proper sleep at night, because it hurts to lay on my right side and on my back. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. AND he does a quick muscle massage on each part before adjusting, who doesn't love a little massage, yes please! My body felt really good when I left. Parking: the parking lot only fits 3 cars AND it's really small and narrow, so if you have a big truck, park on the street. The street parking was relatively easy on a weekday at 10AM. This office is surrounded by apartments. The receptionist seemed friendly. The process: - Walked in and checked in by signing the paper. - Let the receptionist know I was here for an appointment - He scanned my DL, give me a cup for a urine sample and asked me what my DOT exam was for. - After my urine sample, I sat down and waited for about another 20 minutes. - Got called back and did a pretty lax physical. It was straightforward and the wait wasn't terribly long.

Their auto text and email send me at least a dozen or more reminders and confirmations. They wanted me to email them my health insurance card, and when I tried, it kept giving me an error message. I Called the owner, and he said oh yeah, we have been having trouble, just bring it with you. When I got there, I gave them the card while I completed an intake form. When they found out I was on Medicare, they wouldn't honor the promotion even if I paid cash for the treatment. They don't want you as a patient unless they can really bang your health insurance. Don't waste your time. Not a pleasant experience at all.
