The check engine light was still on, multiple dashboard warning lights were flashing, and the vehicle was shaking badly. As a full-time single father with a 14-year-old daughter who depends on this vehicle for transportation, safety is my top priority. What concerns me most is that the vehicle was returned to me in this condition despite having inspection stickers on it. I don't understand how a vehicle with active warning lights and obvious drivability issues could be considered roadworthy. After spending this amount of money and waiting over two months, I expected a repaired and safe vehicle, not one that left me questioning whether it was safe to put my child in it. The lack of communication, the lengthy delay, and the fact that the original issues were not resolved have left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. If you have to get a specific service done they can do that as well. I had an estimate for an injury to my light bulb in the rear and I told them what Colonial was going to charge, so Maclanes on Horseshoe Pike was able to do it $100 cheaper. They are a very honorable company and I love them. Whenever I need their help and special service you might think only the dealership can fix they make it work!
