HORRIBLE!! Grew out my eyebrows to get a fresh clean look.....Lady in the first chair is the worst....I've been here a handful of times to give a chance to different ladies....the old short lady does a decent job and basically gets the job done. BUT I came in today and the lady in the first chair was just HORRIBLE....I told her from the beginning that I want to keep them thick and she left them thin and patchy, left the stragglers that I had to tell her take off. WOW...so disappointed!! Won't be coming here again! read more

Went in for a henna and left an extremely happy customer, the design was beautiful and the pricing was decent. The next day however, my hand design was perfectly dark, but my arm was not. I called in to see if they would fix it because I had done absolutely nothing different to my hand than I did to my arm, the lady continued to blame me for the ink not darkening and said they wouldn't fix it, but "next time" they will do better. I will definitely not be going back because of how unwilling they were to fix their mistake, the lady had used two different sets of henna ink, in which I'm assuming one was older thus didn't tint well. Customer service was horrible for them to not even consider using a quarter sized amount of ink to please their customers. read more

I've been a customer here for a long time. They do a good job but occasionally miss a few hairs here and there. There's some ladies who ask personal questions and I think that's unprofessional. I have a spot on my face due to vitiligo (when melanocytes --pigment producing cells are attacked by your immune system, causing white patches). Anywho, they always feel the need to question it and point out the obvious. I've had this experience a few times with different girls too. I think it's rude, please learn some manners. Most of the girls here seem amateur. I've come here a couple of times and many of the women have made a mess of my eyebrows. Maybe I haven't found the lady that makes my eyebrows look great but I haven't found her here. I came with my mother and sister and was originally supposed to be the only one getting my eyebrows threaded, but I decided to get mustache too. I've been here several times before and have never had a problem.....until today. I always get my full face threaded and they are usually very good, the ladies take their time. But today I was helped by the lady in the first chair (I never specify who I want to thread me) and OMGosh! was that a mistake. She was threading my upper lip and she cut me...not once but THREE times!! Now it takes about 20 mins to do full face if someone is doing it right and this lady was done in 10! She missed a bunch of spots and I just can't believe she cut me that many times. All because she wanted to rush and be done with me. I'm not saying I won't come back because I have had very good experience with the other ladies but I'm definitely not going back to her. I was told to come back when the owner was in to speak to him about getting my $25 back. Which I will de dorky be doing. read more

I got my eyebrows done here back in February... I have thick eyebrows and I left this place with uneven thin eyebrows. They even messed up the front parts I specifically said just to clean them and to not make them thin. It took 3 months for them to grow. Don't recommend this place at all they clearly don't listen to what you want. read more

I recently went in for a regular eyebrow cleanup and was extremely disappointed with the results. I have very thick eyebrows, and have always loved them. A young girl threaded my eyebrows and made them very thin and uneven. Now I have to grow them out, which takes forever, and plan on getting them professionally done elsewhere once they grow back. read more

I really wish I would have got the lady's name who did my brows to warn you. My cousins raved about this place and im not picky or crazy about having absolute perfect brows so I decided to try it. it is a nice, clean, new salon. Ill give them that. Now I've had my eyebrows threaded plenty of times so when this lady's thread broke a third time I knew sometime wasn't right. She was very slow and it hurt alot more than usual.two days later I notice I have scabs from the thread rubbing so hard! At the end she handed me a mirror and right away I noticed they were very different from each other and the whole shape in general was different from how my brows usually are shapped. I usually dont do reviews and its just hair it will grow back but besides all this their customer service was non existent and she hardly said a word to me and I felt robbed to have to pay for the terrible service and experience. read more

I was immediately sat down at the first chair and let the girl know what I wanted. She was very friendly (Didn't get her name) and spent a lot of time on my brows.
