Read great reviews so decided to give them a try. Kimmie was delightful and did a beautiful job so I was doing fills on my nails every 2 weeks and pedicures every 4 weeks. Kimmie called to ask if she could move my appointment for fingers and toes to her sister Tracy because she wanted to take the day of our appointment off. I said sure; I had read wonderful reviews for Tracy so no problem and was told to come at the same time I had booked previously with Kimmie. Unfortunately, something came up, so I called to adjust the times for my appointment but was told that Tracy would not be available. Even though it was inconvenient, I agreed to just leave my appointment for the time I had originally been booked; but, I was told that Tracy would not be available to do my nails. When I reminded them that the appointment had already been scheduled in order to cover for her sister, I was told that Tracy was not accepting new clients. I reiterated that I'm not interested in becoming Tracy's client, that she was only covering my scheduled appointment with her sister. Despite repeated conversations with the receptionist and with Kimmie, the appointment with Tracy was not honored because "Tracy is trying to direct new clients to the other technicians." I reminded them that I am not a new client, that I was not interested in Tracy performing my services on an ongoing basis, and that I was a regular client coming in every two weeks, my appointment was not honored. Bottom line is, I will not be returning there for services and if you're looking for someone to provide regular services and honor repeat customers, you should probably think again. You should also know that I have never written a review like this previously. I am not one of those folks who can never be pleased. I was very pleased with Kimmie and with the services she was providing until this blatant attempt to manipulate me into seeing a technician who had no reviews. I agreed to move my appointment for Kimmy's convenience and was totally sabotaged by her sister who refused services to a regular customer with her blatant attempts to manipulate me into seeing the technician she chose rather than the service provider I chose. Sorry, Kimmie, your sister has a lot to learn about customer service for those who have been loyal to your salon. read more

Tiffany was amazing! Originally just went in for a pedicure because they are only $20. Pedicure was great, large variety of colors to choose from and Tiffany did beautiful design too. Due to cheap prices and Tiffany's professionalism and friendless I ended up getting my eyebrows done and hair foiled. She did an amazing job. I've gone here for haircuts for 3-4 yrs. The owner Tom began cutting my hair about 2 yrs ago, and only charges $12. He gives as good a haircut as you'll find at that price. In need of a haircut, I saw the sign in the window for the low price for guy's cuts. I called them up, Tiffany answered, and said, "Come on down. I'm here." Again, she is the nicest person you will ever run into at any salon. I felt at home with her like I had known her forever. Anyhow, I'm glad I finally found my go-to place for getting my hair cut, trimmed and anything else I need where hair is concerned, anytime I feel like it. Just call her, schedule an appointment or drive on down b/c she might say she's available in that moment. I'm so glad I don't have to go anywhere else or change stylists every time or hunt down a good deal elsewhere. I've even gone back three times without hesitation for a trim/touch-up. In and out. This place is the best! Great place for men's or women's hair cut, color, but also manicure and pedicure. There is rarely a line or a wait. 4 brand new spa chairs are open all the time. I would not recommend this salon for acrylics or a fill. My nail technician made my fingers bleed, my fill was extremely lumpy (it was so bad honestly looked like her first time doing acrylics ever in her life... does she have credentials or even experience?) and she took over an hour and a half to do my fill not even with nail polish yet. When she started applying the gel, I told her that my nails looked really lumpy and not even at all and she told me it was just the gel. Obviously it was not the gel it was the terrible fill, luckily the manager Tiffany stepped in and apologied and spent another 30 minutes fixing my terrible fill. Thank you Tiffany for saving my nails but honestly so mad at myself for wasting 2 hours of my life here and leaving with bleeding nails from the first technician. She also charged me $15 instead of $16 for the fill.... like thanks a lot for the dollar off?! I didn't even get my nails painted because I was so frustrated with this place and had somewhere to be... this was the worst two hours of my life I'm just glad that Tiffany fixed the horrible lumpiness of the first technician.
