They were transparent with pricing and informed me of the fee to remove my last set PRIOR to the new set, so I was not shocked by the fee at the end of the appointment. The vibes were relaxing too. Thank you so much and for anyone attending a first-time appointment, even though the speed is pretty high because the one way leads to the freeway I would suggest to drive slower because you can miss it in the blink of an eye and there is no legal way to turn around except to go on a complete loop

It was $100 with the first time discount and took less than 2 hours. I'm usually uncomfortable on those lash tables, but the calming music and waterfall sounds literally put me to sleep! I also appreciate the private room with a table to put your stuff on. Sometimes the way they put on the lash tape hurts, but the artist was very professional and definitely knew what she was doing. I've had allergic reactions in the past and ended up with red eyes for the first couple days, but I'm about 2 hours post lashes and my eyes feel great! On a super random note, I tend to break out easily, so I appreciated the tissue on my forehead so her hand wouldn't touch my sensitive skin. They followed up via text message up until appointment day. The whole procedure was done so effortlessly, I dozed off lol. The best part is waking up to a set of beautiful lashes. I got the mega fill. Since my lashes were foreign, we worked with what we could. They still came out beautiful! I think once the old lashes fall out, they will look even better. My lash artist advised me to get a new set if they don't fall out by next session. And I will definitely be back next time. The man up front also explained after care and upcoming appointments with me. He not only gave me lash brushes, but a protector in case I need to take a shower before 24 hours. When I stood up and looked at them in my car, I saw over-processed, bent and severely misshapen eyelashes. It looks like some tint was also left on me as well. Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important.
