They tried to charge me $125 - which was double the original quote. Now I see why..."THOMAS" is not honest and has biases. This guy literally wrote 3 lines on my invoice and provided NO services! Then I speak to the manager who tried to justify his actions by saying they miscommunicated with Thomas. NOPE! I spoke to admin Samantha 4xs and sent her a detailed 11 page inspection report on the plumbing...there was no miscommunication. Thomas and this company are a fraud! It is my fault for not asking for a printed out quote but stay away from any company that lacks integrity. I would not have given a harsh review if they did the right thing by sticking to their word after I spoke to the office manager and doing the job for the quoted price but they demanded I pay the higher price, very dishonest.

I called on Monday to confirm I was still on the schedule for Wednesday or Thursday, they confirmed. On Wednesday they called and said it would be Thursday. I was suppose to be they're first call Thursday, but somehow my window became 2pm to 4pm. I waited and of course they called at 3:50pm saying that the technician is 20 to 25 minutes out. I cancelled my service call. I'm sure they will response with an excuse just as the others did or I could've wait just a little bit longer for a company that I'm paying money to for a service...
