Hiring Robinson Well Company was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. From start to finish,…read morethe experience was completely unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. They told me the well installation would only take one day. It ended up dragging on for a week and a half. Their truck sat stuck in my yard for a few days. They conveyed to me it was a million dollar truck (that's not my problem). I had to chase them for updates daily. They never proactively communicated anything. Every time I called, they'd promise to call me back -- and never did. The lack of respect for my time was beyond frustrating. Melissa, who handles customer service, made the experience even worse. I called several times and it sounded like she was working from her living room with kids screaming in the background -- totally unprofessional and unacceptable when dealing with a major, expensive project. They never clearly explained the process or what to expect. The estimate started at $15,000. I didn't find out it was going to cost over $30,000 until I was already halfway through the project -- leaving me no real choice but to continue or be stuck with them. It felt like I was being held hostage. Fortunately, halfway through I was able to bring in another company to finish the job and save some money. But this whole ordeal was stressful, costly, and completely avoidable if I had chosen a better contractor. Customers BEWARE. Robinson Well Company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. I would never recommend them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. 1

Every step of the way with them has been a wonderful experience for us - from the time we entered the building and met Raine, who is utterly fantastic, to scheduling and drilling phone calls with Joey, to the search for water. Every person I have spoken to has been professional, friendly and has taken time to explain anything I did not understand. We are deeply grateful to Matt Seabolt and Nick who were our well professionals onsite. They drilled 300 feet and found three quarters of a gallon of water per minute (not what we were hoping for). We talked quite a bit with Matt, and decided to drill another hundred feet. We were praying hard for good flow results. However, it had not made a substantial difference at 400. Drill another hundred. Within minutes I had a phone call from Matt who was Soo Excited - at 401 feet - just one foot more! - they hit the mother load - so much water that we could have shared it with our daughter who lives below us!! A miracle! My eternal thanks to Matt Seabolt for his time, his talent, his prayers and his knowledge that has made us now able to build our last home. If you are looking for THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO DIG YOUR WELL, call Miller Well Drilling! They are the Very Best!!!! The two technicians arrived within the time frame promised and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. We gladly paid the weekend rate to get our water restored, but Miller warned us in advance of the rate and gave us the option of delaying until Monday. so, no surprises. All in all very responsive and got our water running quickly. I highly recommend this company - excellent service and very reliable.
