Dillon, our server, was OUTSTANDING!!! He was professional, and so attentive to all our needs. He was knowledgeable about the menu. He even went and found out the info for the wine that I was drinking (Duckhorn Merlot), which paired so well with the lamb chops (that I would recommend). We would ask for Dillion again for a future visit, but I am sure all the servers here are great. The decor and lighting was great The bread came out first. Delicious. The food was excellent. I had the split lamp chops. My wife had the chicken parm. They were prepared perfectly along with the veggies included with the entree'. We had the whipped chocolate mousse for desert. WOW!! Our compliments to the chef all the way around. We even got visited at our table by one of the kitchen staff who ask how everything was. The customer service was HORRIBLE !! The manger Nicole had the worse attitude; zero concern. Told us it wasn't her problem. After I asked to speak to someone with a better attitude she put me on a long hold; came back and seemed concerned then just responded " there's nothing I am willing to do" told her we just wanted a fair solution to the issue to which she said she wouldn't provide; so when I let her know I would contact the health department after she told me " this is how our pizza is made " she said go ahead that's not a problem. We never once asked for a refund just a replacement to what we completely overpaid for. Will be contacting the health department as no one should have to experience this; then receive such horrible " customer service " she claims there was no one above her to speak to and no owner would care of my bad experience so they don't care about the quality of their food nor providing a good experience to their costumers.

Which is why we ordered the one without. Upon playing my salad and removing the bacon off hers I started to eat. Only to see a dead bug or beetle of some sort in my salad. This completely turned us off and we could not even finish the salad. We didn't even get in two bits before we saw this. I would say something like that on a first experience is not a good start. Hopefully somehow they can make it right or refund the charge. I don't typically write negative reviews about a place and give them a few chances but this is where I draw the line with dead bugs in my meal. Back to one of the many other pizza places around. What a disappointment.
