I also put a good amount of Cholula on it because I like Cholula on my omelettes and I tell you what: this dish was fantastic. Speaking of... they had a planking contest and somebody held it for over five minutes. I tapped out mentally just watching. The place was severely understaffed for a Saturday morning. I went there to meet with a friend, and we were done meeting by the time we got our drinks. I ended up asking for it in a to-go cup and the presentation was underwhelming at that point, to say the least. Can you imagine waiting almost an hour for a coffee? No thank you.
