I had a copper pipe leak behind my tile shower wall. Called Next Generation Plumbing and Angelo answered. He came out that day, no charge inspection. Angelo and his assistant were very respectful to us and our home. They put bags on their shoes to prevent tracking in dirt. Since the leaky copper pipe wasn't visible, Angelo used a camera to detect where the leak was coming from at no charge. He informed us of what would need to be done and provided some helpful tips as well to keep the pipes dry. I received the quote the next morning which was reasonable pricing. Angelo had other jobs that day but squeezed us in that afternoon. He and his assistant fixed the leak and noticed there was another leak. Two leaks were fixed that night and I had my water back. Angelo kept to the original quote as promised. He only takes cash, Venmo or check but he has a grace period of 30 days to pay him which was exactly what we needed at that time.
