Had my windows tinted here. They removed my interior door panels without my knowledge or consent, causing damage to the interiorvof the doors, especiallythe drivets door. Now i see it evertime I drive my car. The owner Ben stated, they "unviriginzed" by door panels after I complaint of the poor workmanship and the damages they caused. Horrible customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. They will try to hide the damages and provide excuses. They should not be in business. read more

Had window tint job done here. When I got home, I noticed a deep scratch on the trunk by the rear window that was not there previously. The sales manager told be to stop in so they can look at it. I came, and to talk in a non-confrontational manner and the sales manager said he'd "get the boss." I show the damage to the owner and he said there's "no way we did that." He mentioned that he deals with fixing stuff all the time and that is a $50 job with his body shop guy but he won't fix this. I re-stated that the damage was not there prior and he started getting combative and said that I am accusing him of doing it. I calmly said that the right thing to do would be to fix it or work something out with me. He then started bragging about all the nicer cars he works on and "never has a problem." I said ok I will leave a negative review based on my experience. He then proceeded to call me a "Karen" and a "Google snitch." I wish I would have researched a little and saw the other multiple negative reviews on Yelp, etc. The biggest issue for me was the arrogance and smugness of the owner. Took my Car there for a back up camera mine stopped working they told me to be $125 which I was fine with when I came back four hours later to pick up my car my car is in pieces and they told me it would be 275 to get the camera put in with no explanation. I told him that's not the agreed-upon price and I'm not paying it and the button my car up I'll go somewhere else. The sales manager then said well $75 in labor. I told him that they didn't render any service that I asked for and I'm not paying and how does a business do business like this if I ran my business this way I wouldn't have any repeat customers. would never go back there. DO NOT go here! ,Did extremely poor window tint job, broke my door panel, re did the job and tints coming off again, the owner doesn't want to redo it, wants to charge me again almost the same price as I paid for both windows, I am a repeat customer but he rather loose customers than stand behind his work. read more

This company has a history based on reviews not to my personal experience, first, I went there for a remote starter and after providing me a quote they increase the quote by almost 75 dollars which I thought they made a mistake, but they have a history and I only wish I took it elsewhere. I went there to purchase a CD player for an old car I had bought recently. I asked for a an information booklet and also for them to check the speakers. Never got the booklet after they assured me twice they would get me one. And the speakers? Two don't work and one works only intermittently. This place is horrible. Spent $150 on speakers that were $80 at Crutchfield. When I mentioned this price disparity I was assured that their warranty was better than Crutchfield, and that they stand behind all of their products... If I had ANY problems I could exchange/return immediately. The speakers sound blown to me. No. It not my amp or receiver... It's not my wiring. There was no compromise or discussion. Once I asked about a return they immediately got hostile and blamed it on my amp, receiver, wiring, and my lack of knowledge... There is no way a non-deaf, fully-functioning adult could hear these speakers and tell me that they sound okay. But, they didn't even offer to listen to them. I had my new jeep there for window tinting. 100% the worst place for window tinting. I asked to match the rear of the truck. They did limo Tint. I called them and Next Level Audio stated that once it dry's it will lighten up. Well it didn't. Also too they removed my door panels and damaged the panels with their drills and broke clips to reinstall the door panels. I question them about the clips because I found them broken under my floor mat. After waiting 3 days the windows did dry but no change at all. Also found hair, dust and finger prints in between the glass and tint. I went back and talk to the owner which was very rude and unprofessional. I asked about the clips and the door panel repairs and he stated well there is some black paint we can put on the leather panels. Next Level Audio Sucks. Stay FAR AWAY. I write a ton of reviews, but this one will be long. Until yesterday , I've never gone in this place because I thought it was a place for young kids to get there sound systems done and that's it. Turns out, it's so much more. I got a camera system set up, my windows tinted and they are doing my brakes next week. Here's the important part...there's not a person working there that isn't a total gentleman. They are all pleasant professionals, with no o eyeball rolling and they never make you feel like an idiot for asking a question. I would definitely pay more to be treated like this when I take my cars in for any service, but even better...I didn't have to. They are very moderately priced on all of their services and products. You can see in my other reviews that it's not often that I am impressed, but next level audio has blown me away and surpassed all expectations. read more

This place is horrible. Spent close to $600 on HID lighting to be brighter and reliable. Instead, I had two fires, and bulbs didn't always light. They would NOT stand behind their product or service. I am out the money, and I have damaged lenses. The owner has no regard for customer service. He runs his shop like a thug. read more

Great local shop that will help with all of your needs with audio, vehicle lights and etc. Amazing service and extremely helpful/informative.
