Not bad for being a healthy option burger. Chili is tasty. Definitely could add another ounce to the patty for the price. Service was excellent and prompt. If you don't mind spending a little extra for a healthy option then this is the place for you. I love the idea of a vegan burger place! Inside of the new 365 in concord, it's conveniently located, and has many options for healthy fast foods. From gluten free options to baked not fried fries. I had the hot dog which was substantial and really tasty. I also had the crinkle fries and kale salad. There are so many options on the menu that I can't wait to go back and try more. Sooo happy Next Level Burger made it to Concord! I've been a big fan ever since I visited them in Bend. Of course, I had to come today for the opening and it was as good as I remember. nice place to snack if you're looking for a plant-based alternative to in-n-out's burgers and shakes. the option to have your fries/tots baked is a huge plus, too. con would be the corridor where you order is pretty narrow. there's an outside patio you can escape to afterwards. hearing them say 'big tots walkin in' is probably my favorite part of spending money here. read more

I got the 'chicken' burger with fries. The portion was VERY small and the price was high - a bad combination I would say! The service was decent enough, we were the only ones there so the meal came out pretty fast but the food was warm rather than hot. The taste of the food was just ok. The most terrible experience I've had thus far coming to next level was last night 9/3/19. Don't get it twisted the food is always great but the customer service is terrible. Tonight something was wrong with the oven. I ordered my food in Yelp for pick up as I do often. I received the notice that my food was ready. Once I arrived the unfriendly women working the counter when she finally acknowledged me after I'd been standing for at least 5mins, told me it would be just a few more minutes because the tater tots weren't ready. After waiting for another at least 10mins I asked if she gave my tater tots to someone else? She then explained something was wrong with the oven and they'd be coming right out (which didn't happen). When they finally came out the cook only put one order in the bag so I said no I had two orders and the unfriendly cashier said oh the other one is already in the bag. So now my food has been sitting for over 10mins there's cold tater tots in the bag and a fresh one so I told the unfriendly cashier so I get cold tater tots and a hot one, and her response was I can give you a refund for the tots if you don't want them. At that point I just left appalled at the service. I cannot recommend this place for service, it's definitely hit and miss. Last night's experience has me questioning if I will come back to this location. I think the situation could have been handled much better. The food is still a winner but the service can use help. While shopping at Whole Foods 365 I saw a sign that said, "Next Level Burger," and to my surprise above it another sign said "100% Vegan." The girl with more nose rings than nose holes noticed my intrigue, and she fed my curious energy. I must have seemed like a kid going to work with his dad for the first time with all my questions. By her response it was clear that this 19 year old girl believed being an vegan evangelist and converting all those "could be vegans" like myself was her calling in life. I asked about the 100% Plant Based Milkshake which she claimed even "non-vegans" loved. I could almost swear she said "non-believers" as I heard Charlie the Unicorn play in my head: "Shun! Shun The Unbeliever!" I continued my quirky query quest, and I was delighted when she offered me a sample of the "vanilla ice cream" while she relayed trade secrets. Her eyes lit up at my approval as my mind tried to wrap "non-dairy" around this delectable treat. She gave a knowing glance with no hint of surprise like my 99 year old friend gives when I find his advice surprisingly valuable. While still in a trance I purchased the cookies and cream milkshake. I'm sorry, but their "Special Sauce" burger tastes like a combination of some kind of bootleg frozen patty, and a gyro. I couldn't finish my burger, but maybe it's just my preference l. I either want an actual meat burger, or love a veggie patty, not a non-meat patty portraying itself to be something it's not. IMO, nothing special about the "next level" burger. read more

This place is killer!! Tonight was the first time my husband and Tried this place and we will totally be back! The staff is so friendly and constantly smiling and comes to check on you. The burgers are so good and such a good selection for everyone's different tastes. The fries are so crispy and delicious! I had a salted Carmel shake..not my fav... but still would love to try the other flavors. The "special sauce" was totally not what I expected... I thought it was going to be more of a thousand island but instead it reminded me of the sauce they give you with bloomin onions... EITHER way it was SO good and I was so happy with it. The seating inside isn't enough for how many people come here so I would plan to bring a coat in case you have to sit outside (hardly an issue). All around I'm so happy next level burger opened and a vegan place isn't so far now! I hope this place can help a lot of people transition to being vegan cause it's a great choice! read more

First time here, this is the new location in Concord. Clean, quick and friendly service. Maybe it's just me. But I didn't care for the taste of the burger and it's fixing. The food is good. That's not the issue. The service is slow as can be. You stand in a long line to order and then after you do, there is such limited seating that there is no where to sit. We ordered milkshakes to go, which took 30 minutes, and they brought me out the wrong order. Was so frustrated at that point that we just left. My daughter and I took a day trip to Concord and I had seen Next Level on IG so we had to check it out. The food was hot and fresh and delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
