Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend! That gas leaks are only consistent and would not happen only when it was hot. We were told that we must be wrong. We felt like we were going crazy.
