So many options to try from classic burgers, chik'n, brats, salads, baskets and a whole array of cool sauces and a variety of thick and creamy shakes! Definitely recommend this vegan place! I am always skeptical of plant based burgers cause they're often just not very good but I really couldn't tell the difference! There was a great crisp and flavor to the burger I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were a little disappointing because they were a little limp, but still good! I would definitely come back. I ordered at the kiosk and it took a little longer than expected to get my food. At one point I did have to ask for my food only for it to have actually been ready a bit ago. They apologized and were nice about it, but I'm a slightly convinced it's because I used my last name, which happens to be a common man's first name, so they were expecting a man to be waiting for it. But this place is really good regardless, great range of creative options and decent prices considering what vegan patties cost at the grocery store. I appreciate the range of patty options: most are the meat-like substitutes, but the mushroom & quinoa is intriguing. My only complaint was that my Beyond Fire burger had a powerful-sounding name and a "spicy" logo on the menu yet wasn't remotely spicy. Quick preparation and great service. If you handed me this burger without telling me where it was from, Id say it tasted just like a real hamburger. I have been excited to try NLB since I saw their signs going up. I'm not vegan but I appreciate options and thanks to Yelp, I was able to try a combo meal. I really like how all their food packaging is compostable, made me feel better taking my food to go. I chose the SoCal burger, the quinoa patty was a bit dry for me but it had loads of avocado and tomatoes. My partner got the Chik'n sandwich and that was straight delicious. I would eat that all the time! The French fries were my favorite part of the meal. They were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, the seasoning on them was great. Also a small size is large enough for 2 people! I got a small peanut butter shake, with half soy, half coconut milk as the base. Delicious! I think the shake could have been a meal of its own, so thick. I will come here again, hope everyone gives it a try! read more

This place is seriously good...and I'm an unapologetic carnivore. The super friendly guy at the register- Ricky- walked me through the extensive menu. I was wanting something small so went for a kids meal. Wow. I consider myself a burger aficionado and this did not disappoint. The food was hot and the fries almost too hot to eat. So glad Denver was chosen as the next spot for a Next Level Burger! As a vegetarian, it can be hard to find a decent veggie burger - this place is awesome! They have a super robust menu with a diverse array of options - from ones that look / taste similar to a normal burger, to less "meatlike" burgers, to chick'n, to appease a wide range of customers. I opted for the signature burger with American cheez, which was delicious. Love the leafy, non-iceberg lettuce and fresh tomatoes, though I found the sauce too ranch-like for my taste so next time I'll pass on that. I was very pleased with the fries and the seasoning - the size small is extremely generous. I was especially pleased with the mint chocolate shake I ordered (soy base) - didn't even taste like non-dairy. The ambiance of this place was really nice and trendy with ample seating, and the service was great. Everyone was really friendly and ready to help! I also love that all their takeout packages are compostable and as eco-friendly as possible. It's important for businesses to care about their carbon footprint! We decided to go all out, I ordered a burger, onion rings, cheese fries, and a shake...... Burger I would give a 3/10 Once again I'm not vegan and don't regularly eat burgers that aren't meat. The burger was flavorless and unenjoyable to eat. The vegan American cheese was absolutely terrible. Again, I want to reiterate, I don't eat vegan cheese. This was my first experience with it and it will sure be my last. Cheese fries: 1/10 They were potato fries, but again the cheese and the fake bacon that was on it made them inedible. Terrible Shake 5/10 I got half coconut half soy milk shake. This was okay, you just don't get the full flavors of the ice cream. The whipped cream was terrible and tasted like cardboard. I would drink this shake again, but I wouldn't look forward to it.... If you aren't a vegan and you are eating here.....do yourself a favor and walk 100ft to Bird Call and eat good food. Even though I am not a vegan, I think the planet With benefit from people, trying vegan meals here and there. I had an orange dream sickle milkshake that was coconut milk, beast, and I could not believe that it was vegan. So delicious. I had a beyond meat, classic burger, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I don't know how they do it , beyond meat is just like a beef patty without the guilt. The french fries were fine, but nothing exceptional. I came into the new Colorado location and had a wonderful experience chatting with the employees who were also friendly and welcoming. The space has a ton of natural light and was spotless and very clean. Mm I look forward to coming back in. I am working on convincing my boyfriend that burgers and milkshakes can be vegan lol. We ordered the Holiday Feast from Veggie Grill, and it was incredible! Everything was super easy to prepare, and the flavors were amazing. We had family over for a pre-Thanksgiving meal, and every single dish was a hit. Even the non-vegans loved it--they kept asking about where we got it and said they might bring it to their own Thanksgiving dinners. The carrot cake and pumpkin spice cake add-ons were the perfect way to end the meal. Everyone went back for seconds (and thirds!). It's so hard to find a plant-based holiday spread that everyone enjoys, but Veggie Grill knocked it out of the park. My cousin and I were so excited to try Next Level Burger, but my overall experience was slightly less thrilling. I ordered the Maverick Burger, Organic Crinkle Cut French Fries, and an Organic Soft Serve Cookies N' Cream Shake. The Maverick Burger: The burger was juicy and well seasoned. I appreciated that there was a provolone option as this is something I rarely see. The provolone had good taste and melting qualities. The pickles were fresh and juicy! The burger had a good amount of sauce being they put the special sauce on both the top and bottom buns along with a generous portion of BBQ sauce. However, the bun didn't taste fresh. Also, they forgot my tempeh bacon and I didn't realize it until after. :( Organic Soft Serve Cookies N' Cream: I liked that they had 2 milk base options to choose from: soy or coconut. I chose soy. It lacked in chocolate flavor despite having the chocolate sauce and cookie crumbles. 99.9% of the time I finish everything I order, but I did not care to finish this shake and I didn't. Also, I did think it was small for the price. Organic Crinkle Cut French Fries: The seasoning was good, it had a subtle hint of heat. I'm not sure what it was exactly, but it reminded me of old bay seasoning. The fries were not as hot and crunchy as I'd prefer. I also thought the size was pretty small for a large and for the price I think it should have came with at least 1 dipping sauce. The dipping sauces were 75¢ each. The service was good and the decor was super cute, but I was overall underwhelmed, especially for the price. I do appreciate that most, if not all, of the food is organic. However, that shouldn't be a reason that it lacks in flavor. I would give Next Level another try during my next trip to Denver. I would just order differently. read more

I ordered a kid's grilled cheese for my toddler, and a Buffalo chicken tender basket with a "regular" soda for myself. The Bad: was $28 total, including a "regular" sized $4 soda cup (next to an Honest Kids juice box in my 2 year-old's hand for scale). After finishing my soda I asked for a refill, they informed me that they do not offer free refills. That was embarrassing. Quite a while later, they called out my name but it was for a different person (my namesake was *clearly pissed*, grabbed the food passive aggressively without saying thank you and left without a word (because they'd been there even longer than me, plus people with my name are usually jerks). My toddler was getting antsy (although more patient than me) and I started wondering how long we've been waiting for our food so I checked my Google Play receipt, it had been 20 minutes and we hadn't gotten our food yet. 3-4 minutes later we finally got our food, but my order was wrong (they charge $1.50 extra to toss in Buffalo sauce, lol, and they forgot). At this point, I just asked, "Hey, I actually ordered Buffalo tenders, but could you just bring me a side of Buffalo sauce?" The chicken tenders were actually *terrible*, like "worse than school cafeteria chicken" bad. To be fair I probably ordered something they're not good at which is fine, some people seem to like their other items. The Good: the fries were good. The dude who brought me my food brought me a little cup of Buffalo sauce and comped the basket without me asking. Comping my basket after getting the wrong order 25 minutes after I ordered it is why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. But basically all my bad reviews are because I find a place pretentious... Expensive is OK, charging a million bucks for nonsense is not, and this place is about as pretentious as it gets. As an avid meat eater, I'm always interested in trying vegan options to see what advancements they've made haha. I got the fried "chicken" sandwich. I've had vegan fried chicken and since chicken isn't a a flavorful protein, this translates really well. The sauce on the sandwich was really good. My hubs was starving and went for the spicy, double "cheeseburger". The flavors were good, but with that much alt meat protein, the texture differences were more pronounced. He still finished it heh. The fries were delic, as not much needs altering there. We also got a couple of shakes, strawberry and one other. Both were tasty though coconut? milk in them was a bit more obvious in one over the other. I like that flavor, but something to consider when ordering. As someone with an abundance of dietary restrictions, this new spot had me really excited. Next Level is a Vegan restaurant, featuring a ton of GF options. Overall, it's a great joint. The atmosphere is calm but bright - and the food is decent considering the restrictions. We tried the special fries, the classic burger, and the crispy chicken sandwich - and all were good! The employees were super nice, and didn't take too long to receive our food. Definitely worth checking out - I personally prefer Meta Burger's pattys - but that's just preference! read more
