They take very good care of the animals and can answer just about any question you have about your pets. They have EVERYTHING you need - vaccines, food, habitats, treats, pet care products, I mean any and everything. Just to prove how compassionate they are about animals, I'll leave you with this story... We went there one night and the guys working were taking care of this little ragged looking kitten who was meowing in pain and bleeding. Well, some rotten person had shoved a kitten into the Critter Shop's old milk shoot in the back of the building and luckily a lady walking to the store heard him and alerted the staff. They took him inside, got him healthy again, and named him Keyboard because that's where he loves to sleep. They fattened him up, gave him a cute little collar, and gave him a home right in the shop and the cat is LOVING it. They've had him for about 3 years now and he is just the coolest cat ever. They could have easily just put the cat outside or gave it to a shelter, but they decided to get it healthy and give it a home and for that reason alone, I will always be a loyal customer!

I've seen them argue openly with customers while I wait in line and ask them to not come back numerous times even tho it usually seems the customer had a great point and the junior employee just has a big head. owner was a nice guy but he is plagued with fools running the shop daily. they know little to nothing about the animals and get things wrong twice before you slowly instruct them again how to get it correct. and basic math is impossible for any employee there.

The games, the lies, the incompetence is too much. You can tell the company forgets to order the clothing you paid for (happened with pants order), and can't even order a badge. Avoid Cuda at all costs. Ask your fellow coworkers about Cuda and I guarantee everyone will tell you they are awful. The self wash is reasonable and opened later than other self-wash facilities which is good in an emergency. My one complaint is the soap is set to high on the self-wash. I understand people want to see suds or they don't think it's working, but when you have a curly coated dog like a Standard Poodle, it makes it impossible to rinse out. Still good in a pinch. I have a dirty dog card!

Now read this mind blowing experience from your Dearborn Mi store yesterday.  After trying several times to order online for the 20% off sale, I gave up and went to the store a few hours later, now it's really good. I asked a young lady working in the aisle stocking to help me. She listens and says let me talk with the manager on the radio. She tells me Sarah said easy just go to the front and purchase a gift card for the amount you want to spend. Sounds great. I picked up 2 bags of Dry Dog food, the same as in the online shopping cart. I did exactly what the manager said, purchasing the card then took a seat on a flatbed cart to order. Note this all happened just outside the manager Sarah's office in front of the store.  Now this crazy vengeful Manager Sarah sends a lady employee out to tell me and the cashier, while looking directly at that most orders take 1,2,and most likely 3 hours to be ready for pickup. Bullshit I have my cart right here and did what Sarah said, she made no mention of any time to receive. Sarah actually sent the employee out of her office to rile me up.  Well it worked totally pissed off, lied to by your store manager Sarah FIRE HER.  Gets even better after going back and forth. She said didn't you read the fine print on the order you just placed, hell no I didn't because you told me how to order. She finally said I don't like the way you are talking to me and I should just cancel your order. As a manager myself for 30 years in retail this would get me fired as Sarah definitely should be.
